Bienvenue dans cette belle villa située à Cala d'Or. Il a une capacité pour 6 personnes.
Les extérieurs sont communs et très beaux, elle dispose de grands espaces verts, d'une piscine au chlore de 9 x 4 m d'une profondeur allant de 1 à 1,9 m, d'un barbecue et d'un porche privé entièrement équipé.
La maison de 100 m2 répartis sur un seul étage dispose de trois chambres avec chacune deux lits simples ; Deux d'entre eux disposent de la climatisation. Il y a de la disponibilité pour un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Il y a deux salles de bains qui desservent toute la maison, une avec douche et une avec baignoire. Le salon-salle à manger est très accueillant, il dispose d'un canapé, d'une petite table, d'une TV-Sat, d'une table avec chaises et de la climatisation. La cuisine, indépendante et au gaz, dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner sans aucun problème. Il y a un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser.
Cala d'Or est un complexe touristique côtier appartenant à Santanyi, où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. Dans la région, vous trouverez de magnifiques criques aux eaux cristallines comme Cala d'Or, Cala Gran, Cala Llonga, Portopetro, etc. Pour les amateurs de golf, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture vous trouverez Vall d’Or Golf ; Et si vous préférez visiter la ville en 60 minutes en voiture vous arriverez à Palma où vous trouverez une grande variété de magasins, cinémas, bars, restaurants, pubs, théâtres, parcs aquatiques, etc.
La maison est située sur un terrain où se trouvent trois maisons complètement indépendantes, mais la piscine, le jardin et le barbecue sont communs.

Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. In der Küche haben bei Ankunft ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum Verbrauch gelegen. :)Aufgrund der Jahreszeit, war es im Haus recht frisch und etwas muffig. Auch durch die Heizung wurden die Räume nur mäßig warm. Der geflieste Fußboden war kalt. Warmwasser war auch nur bedingt vorhanden.

Voir plus Super Lage und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Supermärkte, Stände usw. sind fussläufig schnell erreichbar und der Pool war sauber. Wir können die Unterkunft getrost weiter empfehlen.Das Essen in den Restaurants in der nähe ist leider nicht so besonders.

Beautiful villa with pool and sunbeds provided. 3 good sized rooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect location. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Only downside for us was the lack of aircon in the 3rd bedroom but we asked our host for an electric fan and he provided it straight away. I had read previous reviews about the noise from the hotel next door but we didn’t find that an issue at all.

Voir plus Perfekte Unterkunft für 5-6 Personen.Der Hauseigentümer ist sehr gastfreundlich und steht jeder Zeit bei Anliegen/ Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, von der man mehrere schöne Strandbuchten, Restaurants, Läden und den Hafen von Cala d‘Or zu Fuß erreichen kann. Da das Haus gegenüber von einem kleinen Hotel liegt, ist hier teilweise eine Geräuschkulisse vorhanden, die uns persönlich aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und im Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden.Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir mussten kurzfristig unseren Aufenthalt auf Mallorca verlängern und sind 5 Tage im Oktober geblieben. Die Buchung hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Der KOntakt zum Gastgeber war sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Den Pool hatten wir sie ganze Ziet für uns alleine. Durch das Hotel gegenüber ist es abends zu den Showzeiten etwas lauter. Ab 22 Uhr ist es dann aber ruhig. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Highly recommended!! Here are the details: Good beds with extra blankets. Full kitchen, we used all the appliances and everything worked well. Came stocked with chocolate, beer, and coffee, for that essential first night survival. Laundry worked fine, as did the two showers and the bathtub. The best part of the place is the gated drive to keep the tourists at bay. :) Will try to stay here again when we come again to Cala d'Or.

On the eve of departure, the Host offered (without additional treatment) a late departure at no extra charge, since the following guests came the next day.

La terrasse et le jardin sont appréciables et les pièces de la maison sont de bonnes proportions, nous avons pu manger à 7 personnes à l'intérieur sans difficulté. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité.

Everithing was great, the house is Werry nice. You Cann't wait super modern house, but if you wann it, you have to pay much more money in this region . One day was Small problem with hot watter, but it was solved in few minutes! The people around the house, and the Price!
Voir plus Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 10 giorni, eravamo 3 coppie... complessivamente siamo stati molto bene, anche se una delle 3 camere non era molto spaziosa e non era possibile usare i 2 bagni insieme altrimenti non arrivava acqua Calda. Per il resto, la casa è molto carina, nei paraggi ci sono tutti i servizi (supermercato, farmacia, bar, ristoranti). Per quanto riguarda la zona sicuramente e più indicata a coloro che cercano umano vacanza trancquilla, il massimo dello svago é il campetto da minigolf, la posizione sull'isola é ideale per chi vuole godersi le calette più belle di maiorca.

Very secure if u have a young family only one entrance in and out which was key entrance only. Will defo be back next year. Would recommend to friends and family
