The whole experience was brilliant. Homerti, the company that managed the property were communicating with us from the time of booking. They sent really useful info prior to our arrival & on the day of arrival we received the key box code to enter the property. The property itself was fantastic, better in real life, it was really beautiful, set in stunning surroundings, within an olive grove on the edge of a wonderful village. We knew the area, which helped & had a hire car, which you would need if you want to explore the rest of the island. If you are after a charming rustic villa, in a tranquil rural location, then Cas Roig is perfect.

Maison de campagne confortable pour 4 personnes à Mancor de la Vall. Il dispose d'une piscine privée pour jouets et offre de belles vues sur les montagnes.
Les extérieurs de cette maison sont très spéciaux car ils disposent de coins fantastiques où vous pourrez vous détendre, ainsi que d'un espace sauvage plein d'arbres qui entourent une magnifique piscine privée pour jouets. Chlore et avec des dimensions de 5 x 3 m et une profondeur de 1,3 m, il est idéal pour se rafraîchir tout en profitant de la tranquillité et d'un magnifique paysage montagneux. Et, autour d'eux, ils disposent de 4 transats pour profiter du soleil. Ensuite, ils pourront se rincer sous la douche extérieure, préparer un délicieux barbecue, manger sous le porche ou sur la terrasse du premier étage et passer l'après-midi avec un verre de vin dans l'espace chillout. Le terrain est clôturé et il y a des voisins.
La maison offre deux étages, bien que ses pièces soient réparties au premier étage. Ils y trouvent un beau salon-salle à manger climatisé, idéal pour regarder la télévision par satellite assis sur les canapés ou pendant que tout le monde mange ensemble. La cuisine se trouve dans ce même espace derrière un petit bar et propose une plaque vitrocéramique. Ensuite, il y a deux chambres avec un lit double et l'autre avec 2 lits simples. Enfin, il y a une salle de bain qui dessert toute la maison et dispose d'une baignoire. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a seulement la buanderie, qui dispose d'un lave-linge, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser.
Mancor de la Vall est une ville située sur les pentes de la Sierra de Tramuntana, parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent la nature, car il existe de nombreux itinéraires pour des excursions à pied ou à vélo, par exemple à Santa Lucía, à Lluc, à Ses Fonts Ufanes ou aux légendaires grottes de Campanet. À Mancor de la Vall il y a de bons bars et restaurants, une épicerie, des boulangeries et une pharmacie. D'autres services peuvent être trouvés dans la ville d'Inca, à moins de 5 km, où se tient son marché traditionnel tous les jeudis. Et si vous voulez une plage, la plus proche est à 32 km, la plage paradisiaque de Puerto de Alcúdia.

Voir plus We loved everything about our 4 day stay in this home. The location on the island is great, not far from the large town of Inca and 10 min to the main motorway which gets you everywhere. It was very quiet and pretty private which is exactly what we wanted, next to a quiet road about 10 min walk from Mancor De la Vall, I would say you would need a car to stay here. The grounds are beautiful, large and full of olive trees, lemon trees and beautiful flowers. The pool is deep and perfect for a cooling dip in the heat, and theres multiple areas to sit in the sun or shade, depending on the time of day. The house itself is lovely, clean, comfy, nicely decorated and with most things you'll need, kitchen's small with no oven but otherwise great, we spent most of our time out on the top patio relaxing in the sun during the day or having a glass of wine and listening to the owls and other nature at night. In summary - beautiful, quiet and very relaxing, we would 100% stay here again.

Ein ganz wunderbarer Urlaub. Das Haus haben wir in genau dem Zustand vorgefunden, wie auf Fotos zu sehen und in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Ein Riesengrundstück mit Apfelsinen, Zitronen, Kaki und Oliven erlaubte hervorragende Entspannung. Die Matratzen waren super und der Wein als Willkommensgeschenk ebenfalls ! Die Kaution wurde fristgerecht zurückgezahlt und es bestand die Möglichkeit der Betreuung vor Ort ( die wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben).Vielen Dank !
Voir plus Tolle Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung! Die Ausstattung könnte aber besser sein. Es gibt keine großen Messer, es gab nur einen Müllbeutel und 1 Handtuch pro Person ist auch etwas wenig für eine Woche. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr Wohlgefühlt

Très agréable maison de vacances avec ses différentes terrasses et coins extérieurs pour se détendre. Totalement rénovée avec une jolie décoration et propreté impeccable. La localisation à l'intérieur des terres nous à permis de visiter les différentes parties de l'iles. Merci à notre hôte et à Homerti pour nos échanges très réactif et amical.

parfait pour nos vacances d'une semaine Belle maison lumineuse, beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur, des tables et chaises un peu partout. Bcp d'espace de rangement pour les affaire plage et autres. Nous avons passé plus de temps dehors que dedans (à part pour dormir). Dans les 2 chambres très peu de possibilités de rangement pour les affaires (manque d'un étagère par ex;). Cuisine assez petite, mais tout ça n'est pas un problème pendant les vacances.

Voir plus Zum Glück haben wir trotz steigender Coronazahlen auf der Insel diese tolle Unterkunft gebucht. Die Infos vor und rundum unserer Reise waren super informativ und haben die Anreise sehr entspannt gemacht. Der Check-In war unkompliziert über die Schlüsselbox möglich. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch sind es nur ein paar Minuten bis Inca zum Einkaufen (LIDL/ALDI). Im Haus war alles für uns (2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder) vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr schön und auch die Grillstelle ist einladend. Dazu hilft die Klimaanlage bei den Temperaturen ungemein. Das war super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen und können dieses Ferienhaus auch aufgrund Preis/Leistung weiterempfehlen.

Voir plus Wunderschönes und großes Grundstück mit Oliven,- Zitronen,- und Orangenbäumen. Ein großzügiger Außenpool befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus. Im Garten gibt es zahlreiche Ruhezonen zum Verweilen. Ein geschmackvoll gestalteter Raum befindet sich im angrenzenden Gartenbereich, Esstisch, Kühlschrank, Schränke etc. Hauswirtschaftsraum mit neuer Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen sowie Bügelbrett. Der gesamte Garten sowie die Nebenbereiche sind sehr schön angelegt und super ausgestattet. Im oberen Bereich des Hauses befindet sich eine schöne Überdachte Terrasse, diese haben wir jeden Abend genutzt, um den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Der obere Bereich verfügt über ein sehr schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, TV, Couch, Esstisch, Kühlschrank etc. Eine kleine Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Weiterhin 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt weiterhin über eine moderne Klimaanlage, welche alle Räume im Obergeschoss kühlt. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach Mallorca und buchen jeweils eine Unterkunft über Airbnb, diese Unterkunft hat uns komplett überrascht und wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam und stehen bei Fragen zeitnah zur Verfügung.

Voir plus We stayed here for a long weekend with our 2 year-old daughter, who loved the pool and exploring the grounds around the house. The home is very cozy and clean, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast at the beautiful outside patio overlooking the olive trees. And after a day at the beach (and getting a glance at the overly crowded beach resorts...), we were so relieved being able to return to a place that was quiet and spacious. The house is located at walking distance from the town of Mancor de la Vall, which is not touristy at all. At the time of our stay, there was a local fiesta with live music. There are only a few restaurants, which was not a problem for us because we cooked most of our own meals at the house. But we heard there are some good food options at the closeby city of Inca. All major sites (such as the historic town of Valldemossa) and beaches are a 30-40 minutes drive away. If you're just looking to spend time at the beach, this house may be a bit too far out. But for us it was perfectly centrally located to explore various parts of the island. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time and we definitely recommend this house for everyone who wants to enjoy some relaxing days on Mallorca.
