Heel fijn huis. Voelt privé en vrij. Rustig, aan rand van het stadje. Zee op loopafstand. Rotsbaaitje in paar minuten, waar je zo in zee bent. Nog een heel mooie met stukje strand erbij, als de zee niet te wild is op een paar minuten meer. En in het centrum een groot zandstrand. Prima restaurantjes daar ook. Huis is heel fijn en ruim. Ruim voldoende handdoeken, prima matrassen. Keuken heeft alle voorzieningen, waaronder een goed koffieapparaat. De host was super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Goede tips en dacht met alles mee. Wij komen graag terug hier!

Bienvenue dans cette spacieuse maison d'été, pour 6 personnes, située dans l'urbanisation calme et côtière de S'Illot - Cala Morlanda.
Cette belle maison est située à seulement 150 mètres de la mer, ce qui est parfait pour prendre un délicieux petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse et se promener le long de toute la côte composée d'impressionnantes falaises rocheuses et d'eaux cristallines, avant d'atteindre la plage de sable de S'Illot, à seulement 600 mètres. Ensuite, ils pourront rentrer chez eux et profiter d'un délicieux barbecue en plein air, accompagné d'un verre de vin, pendant que les plus petits de la famille s'amuseront dans les jardins simples qui entourent la maison. La propriété est clôturée et il y a des voisins.
L'intérieur spacieux surprend par une atmosphère à la fois moderne et traditionnelle, grâce à une construction moderne décorée avec des meubles divers des deux styles. Le salon-salle à manger est très spacieux et donc parfait pour regarder la télévision et se détendre sur le canapé, ou pour s'amuser avec les enfants s'ils séjournent avec vous. La cuisine, absolument digne d'un magazine, est équipée, entre autres, de grands comptoirs, d'une cuisinière à induction et d'un four. La buanderie est séparée et offre un lave-linge, une planche et un fer à repasser. Il y a deux salles de bains avec douche dans la maison et trois chambres avec armoire et climatisation, une avec un lit double et le reste avec deux lits simples. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont à votre disposition.
L'emplacement est imbattable pour les amoureux de la mer, des criques de rêve et des plages, puisqu'ils ont Cala Morlanda à seulement 200 m, S'Illot à 600 m et Cala Rafalino à 750 m, entre autres. Dans la région, vous ne trouverez pas de foule ni de nombreux hôtels. Ils disposent également de toutes sortes de services tels que des bars, des restaurants ou des épiceries. Porto Cristo est également un lieu à visiter si vous souhaitez un peu plus d'agitation, plus de services et faire une excursion en bateau ou visiter ses légendaires grottes du Drach.

Short walk to an idyllic rocky cove for a quick morning and evening dip and a slightly long walk (10mins) to a nice sandy beach which also has nice restaurants and bars beside it. Would really recommend this house.
Voir plus This place is stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with mountain views and the beautiful garden. The three bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable (although too hard for some). The wall shower didn't work in one bathroom which meant sitting down in the bath with the hand held shower, this ended up meaning 6 women were using one bathroom for showers so we could stand. The water ran out after 4 days but this was sorted out VERY quickly on a Saturday eve. The walk into Soller was a relaxed 20 minutes but you could do this quicker, it's really easy and pretty much flat. Lots of shops and restaurants. Two cute cafes up the hill in Biniaraix are also worth going to. A few amenities would have made our stay easier, such as more toilet roll which ran out very quickly and washing up liquid etc, which we had to buy. Outside there were only 4 sun loungers as one was broken and there should be 6 to accommodate everyone. However, we loved it here and I would book again!

Perfect choice also for families with small children (the property has wall all around and we were able to enjoy free on nice terrace with palm tree). Close to the beach and town. The owner kindly waited for us at 1.00 in the morning. Fast responsive and not imposive. Highly recommandable.

The house is spacious, nicely decorated and with a big outdoor area. it is mich better than the pictures! it has amenities as described with the essentials you need for a short stay. host was responsive and helpful with local tips. the place is 3 min away from a marvellous (rocky) cove and you can also walk to a sandy beach (ideal for children) 10 min away. a car would be recommended to explore further the area. cot and high chair available if you travel with children.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Schöne und vor allem ruhige Lage des Hauses, dabei fussläufig zum Strand. Großes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Schöher Garten mit Grill. Auto für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden gg. 20:00 Uhr freundlich vom Eigentümer empfangen, bekamen eine kurze Rundumtour und erhielten sogar eine Leckerei als Gastgeschenk. Das Haus war blitzeblank. Alles war gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Lage ist sehr schön. 2min Fußweg befindet sich die schöne Bucht „Cala Morlanda“, die man jedoch mit Kleinkindern kaum nutzen kann, aber schön ist sie. Der Ort Sa Coma liegt direkt nebenan, hier befindet sich ein schöner Sandstrand. Ein Ort weiter befindet sich dann das schöne Cala Millor, auch mit super Strand.

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Der Eigentümer hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen und das Haus ist stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, was uns super gut gefallen hat. Man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß an einer wunderschönen Bucht fernab vom Trubel. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen ?

Voir plus We couldn’t wish for a better stay! Many thanks to our host - we felt very welcome and comfortable (we even got a big basket of local oranges to enjoy fresh juice every morning). In case we had any questions, we got answers really quick. The house has everything you need to spend great time with your family/friends (full set of kitchen equipment, nice hammock area in the shade, grill, several dining areas). A wonderful cove is located in 5 by walk which is enjoyable both if you like cliff jumping or beaches, and just extremely picturesque. Thank you again for such an amazing vacation :)

La estancia ha estado en términos generales muy bien. La casa muy bien pero si se pudiera mejorar tendrían que poner un sofá y mesa de salón más confortables. Todo lo demás muy atentos.

So hatten wir Probleme, Restaurants zu finden (nein, wir sind keine Geniesser); auch empfanden wir die unmittelbar nah gelegenen Beaches als wenig einladend + ohne Pool könnte das im Sommer sehr heiss werden Also nicht falsch verstehen. Eigentlich ist das ein schöner Ort, aber mit gewissen Einschränkungen, die aber nicht auf jeder Person so auch zutreffen müssen.

The house was very clean, in a great location (only a few minutes walking distance to a nice local swimming spot in one direction and a sandy beach in the other) and equipped with everything we needed. We were 5 adults total and there was plenty of space. The house is newly renovated and has a nice and spacious backyard. It keeps pretty cool but each bedroom also has its own AC unit which was great for hotter nights. We loved the quiet neighborhood and close proximity to plenty of other beaches and towns in the area. Checkin and checkout was easy and the host was very welcoming and responsive throughout. Would 100% come back.

Our stay in the house was very good. This is a quiet residential area so a car is highly preferred option to reach the places around and do some shopping. Equipment is in perfect shape and small technical issue that has appeared with washing machine has been treated and solved immediately. The owner is a highly attentive person and makes you feel welcome with small local presents. House is big, comfortable for 6 people and with a lot of attention to small details. We loved our stay and would recommend to book. Closest sandy beach is around 600m as described by a nice walk around cliffs, a lot of other beaches reachable by car.

She was so nice to give a traditional Mallorcan dessert as well, which we appreciated after a long travel. The owner gave us recommendations where to go and what to see. The house was much better than on photos, it was sparkling clean and very cozy. The garden has a tree fence which ensures privacy and makes the whole stay even more enjoyable. There is a beautiful palm tree, barbecue, table with chairs and hammock. The sea is 2 mins away form the house. The water there is crystal clear, sandy beach is a little further but not too far. A car can be parked in front of the house. We recommend this place, it is amazing!!!

Voir plus Nuestra estancia en la casa Cala Rafalino fue extraordinaria. La bienvenida de Jerónimo fue muy cordial, agradable y facilitadora. La casa es amplia, con detalles de buen gusto, mucha luz y fresca ( no hace falta aire acondicionado)camas muy cómodas y ropa de cama de calidad. La cocina, prácticamente a estrenar, muy bien equipada. La casa está rodeada de terrazas y plantas. Es ideal para desayunar. Lo mejor, está a dos calles de Cala Morlanda, aguas y entorno hermoso. No necesitas ir más lejos. Recomiendo llevar calcetines protectores para las rocas, material de snorkel, flotadores, etc. Ideal para ir en familia. El propietario, Jerónimo nos llevó fruta y huevos de obsequio e hizo que nuestro día de partida fuese lo más cómodo posible. Muchas gracias por los detalles y buen gusto.
