We really enjoyed our time in the apartment, it was close to many beautiful beaches and we spent some nice evenings having dinner out on the balcony. Would recommend!

Ce fantastique appartement est situé au premier étage (sans ascenseur) d'un complexe d'appartements familial. La terrasse est l'endroit idéal pour prendre le petit-déjeuner, accompagné d'une vue magnifique sur la pinède en face, ou pour déjeuner ou dîner en plein air après avoir profité d'une belle journée au milieu d'eaux cristallines. Et rien qu'en sortant, vous pouvez voir la mer et marcher sur son rivage en seulement 80 mètres ou pas !
À l'intérieur de l'appartement, vous trouverez une pièce spacieuse, moderne et belle, climatisée, qui combine la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. Ici, vous pourrez préparer de bons plats sur la plaque vitrocéramique, manger ensemble et vous détendre sur le canapé en regardant TV-SAT. Il y a deux chambres avec armoire, une avec deux lits simples et l'autre avec un lit double. Seule la chambre double est climatisée. Il y a un lit bébé et une chaise haute pour un bébé. La salle de bain de la maison est dotée d'une baignoire. Il y a un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser.
Le logement est situé à proximité de la petite ville côtière de Porto Petro (Santanyí). Plus précisément, il est situé à Barca Trencada, un lieu privilégié pour les amateurs de plages paradisiaques. En effet, vous pourrez rejoindre à pied 5 belles plages vierges, la première à seulement 80 mètres, et le parc naturel de Mondragó. Le parcours de golf de Cala d'Or se trouve à moins de 9 km.

9 les invités ont évalué cette propriété. Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super, direkt neben einer schönen Bucht. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig dort. Wir fanden, dass die Fotos etwas besser aussehen als die Wohnung in echt. Die Betten waren nicht so gemütlich, man kann die Metallfedern spüren.
Voir plus Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft, die sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet war und dennoch die wichtigsten Dinge enthielt. Der Weg zu einer wunderschönen Bucht ist sehr kurz (2 Minuten zu Fuß), so dass man entspannt den Tag am Strand verbringen kann und nicht unnötig viel rum schleppen muss. Man sollte aber wissen, dass die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fußläufig entfernt sind, sonder man eine Auto braucht, da es doch etwas abgelegen ist. Dafür hat man sehr viel Idylle. Einziges kleines Manko, über das wir aber die eine Woche hinwegsehen konnten, da der Rest top war: in den Schlafzimmern hat es etwas muffig und schimmlig gerochen. Aber mit geöffnetem Fenster war es ok.

Groceries are available 5 minutes away by car. There is a ibero star hotel around the corner, so during season it might get full and loud, but off season - a very calm place.

Voir plus tolle Ferienwohnung! Direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. 5 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer, man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus zu einer Klippenwanderung aufbrechen. Der Balkon ist so gelegen, dass man auch bei heißen Wetter entspannt lesen kann. klare Empfehlung!

Generally the experience was ok. All questions were responded to promptly and politely. The only real issue was that the location coordinates provided were inaccurate, taking us to a spot 100m from the apartment and on a different street. It doesn’t sound like much, but when you are trying to find an apartment in strange place, in the dark, with two young children, that’s a problem. We eventually found it by going into the nearby hotel and asking for help. Thankfully the taxi driver was very patient. As regards the property itself, the location is fabulous, literally on the edge of the National Park, close to the beaches but still quiet. The bathroom is tired, there is no aircon in the second bedroom and the beds are uncomfortable but overall it is fine. Note there are no facilities nearby, no supermarkets. There is a beach shop at Cala Mondrago, but the prices are high and the quality disappointing. The Cafe on the beach is ok. We would recommend having a car, although you can catch a bus (#521) from Cala Mondrago or the Iberostar Hotel, to Cala d’Or. We had a few taxis (Cala d’Or taxis were excellent) and found drivers always assumed we were staying at the Iberostar, so make sure you clarify exactly where you are staying when calling for a pick-up. Overall, it was a great holiday, with little to complain about and much to appreciate.
Voir plus Die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend und der Check-in lief ohne Kontakt und ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einzigartig, da man nur Max. 5 min durch einen Pininenwald laufen muss, um an einen schönen kleinen Sandstrand zu gelangen. Einzig die Betten sind nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Das nette Ambiente hat aber deutlich überwogen. Gerne wieder!
