Benvingut a aquesta bonica vila situada a Cala d'Or. Té capacitat per a 6 persones.
Los exteriores son compartidos y muy bonitos, dispone de amplias zonas ajardinadas, una piscina de cloro de de 9 x 4 m con una profundidad que va de 1 a 1.9 m, una barbacoa, y un porche privado totalmente equipado.
La casa de 100 m2 distribuidos en una sola planta, dispone de tres dormitorios con dos camas individuales cada uno; dos de ellos disponen de aire acondicionado. Hay disponibilidad para una cuna y una trona. Hay dos baños que dan servicio a toda la casa, uno con ducha y uno con bañera. El salón- comedor es muy acogedor, dispone de un sofá, una mesita, TV-Sat, una mesa con sillas y aire acondicionado. La cocina, independiente y de gas, dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar sin ningún problema. Hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.
Cala d’Or es una urbanización turística costera que pertenece a Santanyi, en ella encontrarán todo lo que pueda necesitar durante su estancia. En la zona encontrarán magníficas calas con aguas cristalinas como Cala d’Or, Cala Gran, Cala Llonga, Portopetro, etc. Para los amantes del golf, en tan solo 10 minutos en coche encontrarán Vall d’Or Golf; y si prefieren visitar la ciudad en 60 minutos en coche llegarán a Palma donde encontrarán gran variedad de tiendas, cines, bares, restaurantes, pubs, teatros, parques acuáticos, etc.
La casa se encuentra en una parcela donde hay tres viviendas totalmente independientes, pero la piscina, el jardín y la barbacoa son comunitarios.

Veure mès We had a great time at Casa fiol. The house and environment was very nice and a great place to chill. Besides this the house and service were good and easy to follow! Except for a couple of good cutting knives we had everything we needed for a great vacation in Casa Fiol.
Veure mès Sauber Haus, tolle Lage in einem tollen Ort. Zumindest außerhalb der Saison. Das Wetter war für den November gut. Baden im Meer war nach einer kurzen Überwindung möglich. Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. In der Küche haben bei Ankunft ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum Verbrauch gelegen. :)Aufgrund der Jahreszeit, war es im Haus recht frisch und etwas muffig. Auch durch die Heizung wurden die Räume nur mäßig warm. Der geflieste Fußboden war kalt. Warmwasser war auch nur bedingt vorhanden.

Veure mès Super Lage und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Supermärkte, Stände usw. sind fussläufig schnell erreichbar und der Pool war sauber. Wir können die Unterkunft getrost weiter empfehlen.Das Essen in den Restaurants in der nähe ist leider nicht so besonders.

Beautiful villa with pool and sunbeds provided. 3 good sized rooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect location. Within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Only downside for us was the lack of aircon in the 3rd bedroom but we asked our host for an electric fan and he provided it straight away. I had read previous reviews about the noise from the hotel next door but we didn’t find that an issue at all.

Veure mès Perfekte Unterkunft für 5-6 Personen.Der Hauseigentümer ist sehr gastfreundlich und steht jeder Zeit bei Anliegen/ Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, von der man mehrere schöne Strandbuchten, Restaurants, Läden und den Hafen von Cala d‘Or zu Fuß erreichen kann. Da das Haus gegenüber von einem kleinen Hotel liegt, ist hier teilweise eine Geräuschkulisse vorhanden, die uns persönlich aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und im Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden.Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir mussten kurzfristig unseren Aufenthalt auf Mallorca verlängern und sind 5 Tage im Oktober geblieben. Die Buchung hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Der KOntakt zum Gastgeber war sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Den Pool hatten wir sie ganze Ziet für uns alleine. Durch das Hotel gegenüber ist es abends zu den Showzeiten etwas lauter. Ab 22 Uhr ist es dann aber ruhig. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Highly recommended!! Here are the details: Good beds with extra blankets. Full kitchen, we used all the appliances and everything worked well. Came stocked with chocolate, beer, and coffee, for that essential first night survival. Laundry worked fine, as did the two showers and the bathtub. The best part of the place is the gated drive to keep the tourists at bay. :) Will try to stay here again when we come again to Cala d'Or.
Veure mès A small villa with 3 rooms. The kitchen had everything you need, proximity to the beaches about 5 minutes to one and 8 minutes to another. Everything was ready in advance. On the eve of departure, the Host offered (without additional treatment) a late departure at no extra charge, since the following guests came the next day.
Veure mès La situation géographique est bien. Le propriétaire est disponible et serviable. La terrasse et le jardin sont appréciables et les pièces de la maison sont de bonnes proportions, nous avons pu manger à 7 personnes à l'intérieur sans difficulté. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité.

Everithing was great, the house is Werry nice. You Cann't wait super modern house, but if you wann it, you have to pay much more money in this region . One day was Small problem with hot watter, but it was solved in few minutes! The people around the house, and the Price!
Veure mès Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 10 giorni, eravamo 3 coppie... complessivamente siamo stati molto bene, anche se una delle 3 camere non era molto spaziosa e non era possibile usare i 2 bagni insieme altrimenti non arrivava acqua Calda. Per il resto, la casa è molto carina, nei paraggi ci sono tutti i servizi (supermercato, farmacia, bar, ristoranti). Per quanto riguarda la zona sicuramente e più indicata a coloro che cercano umano vacanza trancquilla, il massimo dello svago é il campetto da minigolf, la posizione sull'isola é ideale per chi vuole godersi le calette più belle di maiorca.

Very secure if u have a young family only one entrance in and out which was key entrance only. Will defo be back next year. Would recommend to friends and family
