The apartment is on the first floor and includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen with a dining area. The terrace, about 80 square meters in size, is partially covered and offers a lovely view of the old town of Ibiza, known as Dalt Vila, which is especially stunning at night. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating area, two sun loungers, and a small dining table.

The spacious pool area surrounds a 9x5 meter pool. There's a shade canopy for a relaxing nap by the pool, and a shower is available for a quick refresh. The garden has a Mediterranean feel, and the entire property is fenced. You can park your car on the property, and there's an electric gate for access. The owner's family lives downstairs in their private area. The holiday apartment is only available when the family is not present, ensuring that our guests can enjoy the terrace and pool in peace and privacy.

The nearby village of Jesus has a supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, and more. The "famous" Bon Lloc restaurant in Jesus is known for its tapas and lunch menus. The closest beach is Talamanca, just 3 kilometers away, offering a variety of dining options. Talamanca is adjacent to the Botafoc marina, where you can take a taxi-boat to the old town across the harbor. Golf enthusiasts will also find this apartment ideal, as it's only about 10 minutes from the Roca Llisa golf course.
