Villa Gina is a big and special house located in the quiet countryside. It's not far from the cool village of San Juan, known for its hippy market every Sunday. Also, it's close to some amazing beaches in the North, like Portinatx, Cala Xarraca, and the famous Benirrás beach with its beautiful sunsets.

Outside, in the big garden of Villa Gina, there's a lot of space to enjoy. You'll find a nice pool, many chill-out areas to relax, an outdoor hot tub, and a dining spot with a barbecue. The garden is full of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees like oranges, lemons, cherries, apples, quinces, carob, and really old olive trees.

This modern and stylish house has two floors, so there's plenty of room for everyone. On the first floor, there are big windows and a huge 80m2 living room that opens up to both sides of the house. There's also a kitchen with everything you need. All these rooms have access to a pretty garden. On this floor, there are four bedrooms, each with a big terrace and views of the countryside. Two of them have their own bathrooms, and the other two share one. The main bedroom is on the second floor. It's really fancy, with a super nice bathroom that has a special bath, a big dressing room, and an outdoor terrace with a great view of the pool and the rest of the property. There's another nice bedroom on this floor, too, and it's just as fancy.

Next to the beautiful garden, there's a cute guest house that's 80m2 big. It has two bedrooms and its own living room with a small fridge and coffee machine. It's perfect if you want some extra privacy. Villa Gina is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. The inside is really fancy, mixing old-fashioned stuff with modern style and luxury. Each room feels very special. The decorations and colors make it even cooler.

The price includes some great things like breakfast made by a private chef and helper from Monday to Saturday, cleaning service from Monday to Saturday, garden care from Monday to Saturday, and pool and hot tub cleaning once a week.
