La maison étaient bien situé , pour nous qui recherchions la tranquillité. Un problème est survenue en cours de route et le propriétaire a fais de son mieux pour le régler même si pour nous il étaient un peu tard . Les lieux sont très bien entretenus et avoir une salle de bain dans chaque chambre étaient très pratique .

Welcome to this magnificent chalet a few kilometers from Can Picafort. It offers a private pool, a nice garden and room for 6 guests.
When you return home after a pleasant day at the beach, nothing better than a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool that measures 10 x 6 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. In the surrounding garden you can lie on the sunbeds to admire the sky at sunset. Finally, you can end the day by tasting a delicious barbecue and enjoying it at the porch. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
The two-story house has a modern, comfortable and cozy interior. Entering from the porch we find a space shared by the living room -with satellite TV-, the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. We also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in the kitchen. Still on the ground floor we can find two bedrooms, both with twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is on the first floor, it also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with beautiful views. Both, the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.
The property is located in a rural and idyllic setting, but the best of all is that Can Picafort, with all services, entertainment and magnificent beach, is just 5 km away. If you fancy a cultural outing, you can head to the nearby towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, where the beaches are also wonderful.

5 guests reviewed this property. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Die Finca liegt schön abseits und man hat absolut seine Ruhe. Was wie allerdings leider überlesen haben ist , dass man die Benutzung der Klimaanlage extra buchen muss. Das ging aber komplikationslos per Telefon. Innerhalb 2 Stunden konnte sie betrieben werden. See more The house is nice and spacious, esp. with three bathrooms is a luxury. Further a very nice view of the mountains and few neighbors, just the usual dogs you have on the island. It's important the pay attention that some information will be provided via email upfront by homerti and needs to be filled before reciving the check-in information (just if you are arriving late at night, this could be a problem). We had to call homerti, but got a solution there fast. We also briefly met the owner of the house who own's the field next door, who is very nice and lovely! Further just make sure to check that some costs come extra and there are not a lot of dishes in the house, if you are planning for a bigger group. Nevertheless for less than hundred euros per night a very good deal and nice place to stay! Esp. if you are there for biking the first route starts directly in front of the house. See more Es ist ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus bei dem jeder Raum sein eigenes Bad hat. Von der oberen Etage genießt man einen weiten Ausblick übers Land bis zu den Bergen. Sogar das Meer ist zu erkennen.Der Pool ist klasse, sauber und in super Zustand.Es ist in ruhiger ländlicher Lage und wir konnten uns erholen.Homerti hat immer schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet und das organisatorische hat gut funktioniert.Da es eine Tischtennis Platte gibt war das eine oder andere Match auf der Einfahrt möglich.Gute Lage für viele Ausflüge in der Nähe. Gern denken wir an die schöne Woche in dem Haus zurück.
See more We liked the house, everything was there (olive oil, salt, pepper, soap for dishwasher and washingmachine. Also the pool and the table tennis we liked very much. The house was also very very clean.
