Set in the urbanisation of Son Oliver, S'Aranjassa this amazing chalet with private pool and garden is near Palma de Mallorca. It can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
Featuring lots of amenities and a modern decoration, this property sets a highly desirable standard of living. The private salt water pool with espectacular mountain views is probably the main reason you may love this property. The pools' size is 15 meters x 4 meters and its' depth is ranging from 1.2m to 1.9m. After swimming, you can wash away the salt thanks to the exterior shower. A staircase next to the pool leads you to an exterior shower bathroom. The porch is the perfect spot for a barbecue with friends and family, while overlooking the pool and the mountains. If you're reluctant to give up your daily routine while you're on holidays, you can use the fitness room. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you will be able to enjoy privacy.

The interior decoration marries elegant comforts with modern equipment. The heart of the house is the huge sitting-dining room with big windows. The most distinguishing detail is the fireplace, which is integrated into the furniture. A TV with satellite channels is available. The bright kitchen features all important cooking utensils, a gas stove, dishwasher and much more. A bedroom with two twin beds and shower bath en-suite can be found on the ground floor. Besides, there's a toilet. A staircase leads you to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms are located. Two come with a double bed and shower bath en-suite. The fourth room is the most spacious one, counting with a double bed, two single beds, a dressing room and a modern bath with massage shower. Additionally, this room has access to the first floor terrace. This house caters for both seasons as it has centralized A/C in the whole house and underfloor heating for the winter. There's also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Another shower bath can be found in the garage. Finally we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

This villa is set in Son Oliver, S'Aranjassa, only 17 km from Palma de Mallorca. The capital is famous because of the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle and the picturesque old town. The city is a mix of modern life and its history and so you can still see the old town wall, historically interesting buildings and old wind mills. Playa de Palma is 10 km from the house. By car you could visit more beaches like Es Trenc and Cala Pi. Supermarkets and everything else you may need as a self caterer can be found in Can Pastilla or S'Arenal.

Beautiful villa, highly recommend!!

As a family we absolutely loved our stay at this stunning luxurious villa. It was great for relaxing and spending time with the family. The pool area is amazing with stunning views. The only negative about staying at this villa was the fact it was very difficult to locate taxis to pick us up from the villa to take us to the nearest town for places to eat. However, luckily we hired a car to take us back and forth which we couldn’t of done without. Overall, it was a great stay which I highly recommend!

Die Finca sieht genauso spitze aus, wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber war äusserst nett und unkompliziert. Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gibt ist die Lage. Ohne Auto ist man ziemlich aufgeschmissen und bei der Anreise wussten nicht einmal die Taxifahrer wo die Strasse liegt. Aber ansonsten war wirklich alles TOP.

Beautiful Villa

The photographs of the villa were beautiful and we worried that the real thing may not live up to our expectations, however, the villa exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do this property justice. The villa is very luxurious, very spacious, very clean, very quiet and very private. We found our stay to be extremely relaxing assisted by the amazing massage chair in the main bedroom! Franz was an excellent host. The villa was close to most areas we wanted to visit such as Palma, Es Trenc and was a 12 minute drive from the airport. We will definitely be back.
