This cozy villa located in the countryside, in the northern part of the island offers the comfort of a house that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
The exteriors of the house are beautiful: have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax. The porch is furnished with a table and 6 seats to have cool dinners in the summer nights. The area surrounding the swimming pool counts with 4 sun beds and there is also a pergola that provides some shade. Moreover, you will also fins two big and comfortable seats and a sofa where you can drink something right after taking a dip. The chlorine pool with a size of 8 meters x 4 meters is private.
The atmosphere of the villa is warm and it has rustic details that make the difference. It’s an excellent choice for relax seekers. In the huge living room you will have a pleasant time while reading a book, surfing on the internet (WIFI), watching TV (satellite TV) or either watch a film with the DVD player. There is air conditioning in the living area. The adjoining dining area, in the same room, counts with a rustic wooden table and seats for 14 people. The open-plan kitchen in this room is equipped with everything you could need for cooking during your holidays: coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and much more. Obviously you can also find washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing table. Outside the house there is space to park at least two cars. Pets are not allowed.
The spacious one storey-house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s just perfect for families or groups of friends because it has space for 6 people. All the bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The biggest bedroom counts with air conditioning, the other ones have no air conditioning. We are pleased to supply fans for you on request. There is an en suite bathroom and an en suite shared bathroom.
The house is only 2.2 km far from Sa Pobla., where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, and you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
