Welcome to this beautiful Majorcan rural house on the outskirts of Campos.
Its exteriors are very nice, with large gardens, 8 x 5 m large swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 m and a spacious loungers area with 6 sunbeds. Relax on the huge terrace, or enjoy a great barbecue evening on the fully furnished porch, with the mobile barbecue.
The house has 170 m2, distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, one with double bed, and one with two single beds. All they equipped with air conditioning and heating. One cot and one high chair available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with a bathtub.
The rustic living room is very cozy and comfortable. It counts with one sofa, table, TV-Sat, air conditioning and a wood stove. The kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils and disposes of a dining area with large table and chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
It offers total privacy and maximum tranquility. The apartment is just 2 km from Campos, where you can find everything what you may need for your holiday: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. In 10 min by car you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic islands. Nearby you will also find many more beaches and coves with crystal waters.
The city of Palma is a 30 minute drive. You can enjoy the visit to make sightseeing, cultural tours or shopping. In Palma there are several water parks as Westernpark, Aqualand, etc. Do not miss the visit to Palma Aquarium.

Das Haus ist super gelegen (nah an dem Traumstrand El Trenc und anderen wundervollen Stränden an der Süd-Ostküste, gleichzeitig sind Palma und andere Ziele auf der Insel innerhalb von 30-90 Minuten erreichbar). Der Pool mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen und die Gartenanlage sind sehr gut gepflegt und es macht wirklich Freude hier ganze Tage zu verbinden. Es gibt auch Luftmatratze, Poolnudeln und Schwimmreifen für den Pool, sowie Strandspiele, Sonnenschirme und Matten, die man sich zum Strand mitnehmen kann. Das Haus bietet sehr sehr viel Platz und ist mit Vielem ausgestattet: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Tees, Töpfe, Pfannen, Grill, reichlich Geschirr, Gläser etc. Bei uns blieben keine Wünsche offen!! Toni war super freundlich und hat sich auch sofort gekümmert, wenn wir irgendein Anliegen hatten. Danke dafür!!
The house is in a great location (close to the dream beach El Trenc and other wonderful beaches on the south-east coast, at the same time Palma and other destinations on the island can be reached within 30-90 minutes). The pool with parasols and loungers and the gardens are very well maintained and it's really fun to combine whole days here. There are also air mattresses, pool noodles and pool floats, as well as beach games, umbrellas and mats that you can take to the beach. The house offers a lot of space and is equipped with a lot: towels, bed linen, various coffee machines, teas, pots, pans, grill, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. We left nothing to be desired!! Toni was super friendly and took care of us immediately if we had any concerns. Thanks for that!!
See more Der Außenbereich der Unterkunft umfasst einen Pool mit sechs Sonnenliegen und zwei Sonnenschirmen. Es gibt diverse Wasserspielzeuge/Luftmatratzen vor Ort. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Tisch lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Vor Ort gibt es einen Grill. Wichtig: Um die Unterkunft zu erreichen, ist ein Auto notwendig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es wenige Häuser, sodass die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen ist.
The property's outdoor area includes a swimming pool with six sun loungers and two parasols. There are various water toys/air mattresses on site. The terrace with the large table invites you to relax and unwind. There is a grill on site. Important: A car is necessary to reach the accommodation. There are few houses in the immediate vicinity, so the accommodation is very quiet.
See more Unser Aufenthalt dort war sehr schön: besonders toll ist die Lage inmitten von Feldern, doch nahe bei Campos und nicht weit zu dem Strand Es Trenc. Auch der Pool und Garten wirklich groß. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut, einzig einen Toaster haben wir vermisst. Das Haus ist wirklich gut geeignet für 4 Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Our stay there was very nice: the location in the middle of fields is particularly great, but close to Campos and not far from Es Trenc beach. The pool and garden are also really big. The kitchen was well equipped, the only thing we missed was a toaster. The house is really suitable for 4 people. We'd love to come back.
See more A casa era ideal para seis pessoas. A piscina infelizmente não estava em condições para ser utilizada, o que foi uma pena, porque foi decisivo na nossa escolha de estadia e nem a utilizámos. O duche tem alguns problemas de termóstato, tornava-se complicado pois ou a água estava a ferver ou completamente gelada. Só tínhamos quatro rolos de papel higiénico, para seis pessoas, durante uma semana de estadia. Fora estes três pontos não temos mais nada a apontar de menos positivo, foi agradável e é uma vivenda bastante bonita.
The house was ideal for six people. The pool unfortunately was not in a condition to be used, which was a shame, because it was decisive in our choice of stay and we didn't even use it. The shower has some thermostat problems, it was complicated because the water was either boiling or completely freezing. We only had four rolls of toilet paper for six people during a week's stay. Apart from these three points we have nothing less positive to say, it was pleasant and it is a very beautiful village.

We had a very good time. The location is excellent for people like us who love peace and tranquility. The wonderful spaces, the large garden and the swimming pool. The only small negative note was the shower... it alternated between hot and cold jets. Overall it was very pleasant. We hope to return. Thanks for your hospitality

A very nice and functional house with everything we needed. Spacious house, great pool area, clean house. Good wifi and the house with air con. The bathrooms are somewhat old but clean and work fine. Really good value for money. We had a great holiday there.
