Beautiful house of 190 m2, with Majorcan rural architecture, which is located in the countryside of Campos, and accommodates 6 people.
The exteriors of this property are fantastic. There is a 10 x 5 m chlorine pool that has a depth of 1 to 2 m. This area is fenced apart from featuring an exterior shower as well as 6 sun loungers where sunbathe. The paved area has a ground of 150 m2 and the lawn zone, 300 m2. In its nearby, there are fruit trees and a vegetable patch. On one side of the property, there is a huge birdcage in which there is a great variety of birds. The furnished porch of 48 m2 is fantastic, since in which you can enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners outdoors with your family and friends thanks to its barbecue. On the same porch you will find a table with two benches, and a sofa next to a small table to relax contemplating nature.

Get relaxed in the living-dining room, which is equipped with air conditioning, while reading a book, watching TV-SAT, DVD, etc. There is a ceramic hob kitchen that's independent, totally equipped so that you can cook seamlessly any kind of dishes. The accommodation features 3 dormitories, all of them with A/C and wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also offer a double bed and the last one has twin beds. Likewise, there is a bathroom with both shower and bathtub as well as an exterior shower bathroom. The house, furthermore, provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as you will find fans at your disposal.

Surrounded by nature, which transmits tranquillity and peace, the property is located 1.2 km from the town of Campos, where to find everything you may need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, a medical centre, etc. In addition to this, just 14 km away, you can reach one of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc. And only 30 km away, there is the city of Palma with all kinds of entertainment, shopping centres, sightseeing, etc.

The house was beautiful and very well-equipped. We really appreciated the bottle of wine and water upon arrival. The bird cage and chicken coop were definitely a plus. My children loved the garden and the fountain. It was too chilly to swim in April, but we enjoyed sunny evenings at the poolside. The terrace was also the perfect spot for breakfasts and dinners in the sun.

Der riesige Pool, dass Grundstück, die Ruhe am Tag. Der Service Vorort ist perfekt.. Der Aufpreis zur Nutzung der Klimaanlage sollte im Gesamtpreis inbegriffen sein. 280€ für 14 Tage ist schon nicht ohne! Der Hahn, die Hunde oder die Vögel halten nicht immer die Nachtruhe ein.

The huge pool, the property, the peace and quiet during the day. The on-site service is perfect. The surcharge for using the air conditioning should be included in the total price. 280€ for 14 days is not without it! The rooster, the dogs or the birds don't always keep their night's rest.

We absolutely adored the house! It was beautiful, very well-equipped, and impeccably maintained. The instructions that we received prior to arrival were extremely helpful. We were grateful for the bottles of wine and water upon arrival. My children loved exploring the grounds. It was too chilly to swim in April, but we enjoyed sunny evenings at the poolside. The terrace was also the perfect spot for breakfasts and dinners in the sun.

Wir waren zu viert als Familie auf der Finca. Die Lage war super, der Garten war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt und die Finca war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Besitzer kam mal vorbei um den Garten zu Bewässern, war supernett und hat uns noch frische Eier von seinen Hühner geschenkt. Das Highlight war der große Pool. Wir hatten eine super Zeit auf der Finca und werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

There were four of us as a family on the finca. The location was great, the garden was beautiful and very well maintained and the finca was very clean and cozy. The owner came by to water the garden, was super nice and gave us fresh eggs from his chickens. The highlight was the large pool. We had a great time at the finca and will definitely come back.

Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut! Wir wurden stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten bezüglich Zahlung/Vor Ort Kontakt etc. Selbst bei einem Stromausfall wurde das Problem in Kürze gelöst. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden ( Bügeleisen könnte ersetzt werden…). Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und durch das verriegelbare Tor ideal für Kleinkinder. Schöner sympathischer Strand in Sa Rapita sehr schnell erreichbar sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir behalten dad Objekt in den Augen und kommen gerne wieder!

Communication with the agency was very good! We were always kept up to date regarding payment/on-site contact etc. Even in the event of a power outage, the problem was solved quickly. Everything you need is there (iron could be replaced…). Pool was cleaned daily and the lockable gate makes it ideal for small children. Beautiful, friendly beach in Sa Rapita, easily accessible and lots of shopping opportunities. We'll keep an eye on the property and will be happy to come back!

Einfache und vertrauensvolle Buchungsschritte.Kontakte per Mail und Telefon auch während dees Aufenthalts problemlos.Wunsch nach Ventilator und andere Kleinigkeiten werden am selben Tag erledigt.Ich hab schon 3 mal bei Homerti gebucht und würde es immer wieder machen.

Simple and trustworthy booking steps. E-mail and phone contacts are easy, even during your stay. Requests for a fan and other small things are taken care of on the same day. I have already booked with Homerti 3 times and would do it again and again.

Wir haben hier mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern drei Wochen verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Finca ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung. Kleinere Probleme (Gasflasche für Warmwasser leer, Stromausfall) wurden von der Agentur bzw. dem Eigentümer innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst. Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We spent three weeks here with our three small children and really enjoyed the time. The finca is in very good condition and corresponds to the description. Minor problems (gas bottle for hot water empty, power failure) were solved by the agency or the owner within a very short time. We can recommend the finca without reservation.

L'espace exterieur est parfait. Piscine immense et terrasse très agréable. Les jardin est aussi très appréciable pour faire jouer les enfants. Le propriaitaire est charmant . il a fait découvrir à notre fils sa ferme (Poulailler , Cochons..) et venait régulièrement entretenir la piscine. Seul bemol, il n'y a qu'une salle de bain et un seul WC (Dans la SDB).

The outdoor space is perfect. Huge swimming pool and very pleasant terrace. The garden is also very nice for letting children play. The owner is charming. he introduced our son to his farm (chicken coop, pigs, etc.) and regularly came to maintain the swimming pool. The only downside is that there is only one bathroom and one toilet (in the bathroom).

Wir waren im September 2018 eine Woche in der Finca und es war einfach toll. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist typisch Spanisch und vollkommen ausreichend. Von Fernseher über Wasserkocher und Toaster, es ist alles vorhanden. Das Anwesen super gepflegt, die Finca sauber und ordentlich, also wirklich empfehlenswert. Der eingezäunte Pool ist praktisch für Familien: Tür zu (ist mit Kindersicherung) und man kann mit ruhigem Gewissen die Kinder weiterhin spielen lassen. Der Rasen läd förmlich zum Fußball spielen ein. Sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Eroski) sind ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt und am Stand Es Trenc ist man in ca. 20 Minuten. Also alles sehr schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und können die Finca weiterempfehlen.

We stayed in the finca for a week in September 2018 and it was just great. The furnishings of the finca are typically Spanish and completely sufficient. From TV to kettle and toaster, everything is there. The property is well maintained, the finca is clean and tidy, so really recommended. The fenced pool is practical for families: the door is closed (it has a child lock) and you can let the children play with peace of mind. The lawn literally invites you to play football. All shopping options (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Eroski) are about 5 minutes away by car and the Es Trenc stand can be reached in about 20 minutes. So everything can be reached very quickly by car. We were really excited and can recommend the finca.

Liebes Team,Wir möchten Ihnen auf diesem Wege eine Rückmeldung zu der Finca "comuna de campos" geben, in der wir insgesamt wirklich schöne Ferien verbracht haben.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Außengelände mit Garten und vor allem dem herrlichen Pool, der schönen Terrasse sind hier besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Schön wäre gewesen, hätte der Gastgeber ein paar Spielsachen für Kinder auf dem Grundstück und auch für den Pool bereitgestellt. Das ist verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten bieten die Außenanlagen aber viel Spaß und Ruhe! Herrlich!Auch die Finca selbst ist sehr schön. Allerdings ist sie nicht, wie auf Ihrer Homepage beschrieben 190m2 groß. Die nutzbare Fläche beträgt ca. 130m2, was 60m2 weniger sind.Die Räume sind trotzdem in Ordnung zum schlafen, denn die meiste Zeit verbringt man ohnehin draußen.Die technische Ausstattung (TV, Video etc.) sind sehr veraltet und könnten erneuert werden. Super war, dass so viele Handtücher vorhanden waren.Auf Ihrer Homepage wird geschrieben, dass die Küche "keine Wünsche offen lässt". Dies ist unser Hauptkritikpunkt. Wir kochen leidenschaftlich gerne und lieben es, im Ausland die einheimische Küche nachzukochen. Dies ist in der Küche im Haus NICHT MÖGLICH. Der Ofen ist vollkommen in Ordnung, der Gasherd funktioniert allerdings nur sehr sehr schlecht. Eine ausreichende Flamme, um Dinge zu braten entsteht überhaupt nicht. Weniger als beim Campingkocher! Eine Topf mit Wasser zum kochen zu bringen dauerte bis zu 15 Minuten! Da man eine Finca mietet, um sich selbst zu versorgen, ist dies sehr frustrierend gewesen und sollte auf jeden Fall geändert werden!!! Es reicht ja ein normaler Elektroherd.Teller waren genug vorhanden, allerdings nur ein einziges Weinglas, nur ein einziges Schneidebrett und - bis, Dank ihrer Hilfe der Besitzer netter Weise ein neues gebracht hat - nur ein auseinanderfallendes Schneidemesser. Das ist sicherlich nicht der Standard, den Sie vermitteln möchten.Die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler sind wiederum super! Ich hoffe diese Tipps sind hilfreich. Zusammenfassend blicken wir auf einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in der Finca zurück und würden die Finca auch sofort wieder buchen, allerdings nur wenn die Küche auf einen normalen Mindeststandard gehoben wird.

Overall, we felt very comfortable and the outdoor area with garden and, above all, the wonderful pool and the beautiful terrace are particularly positive. It would have been nice if the host had provided a few toys for children on the property and also for the pool. This is in need of improvement. Otherwise, the outdoor areas offer a lot of fun and peace! Splendid! The finca itself is also very beautiful. However, it is not 190m2 as described on your homepage. The usable area is approximately 130m2, which is 60m2 less. The rooms are still fine for sleeping because you spend most of your time outside anyway. The technical equipment (TV, video, etc.) is very outdated and could be replaced. It was great that there were so many towels available. On your homepage it is written that the kitchen “leaves nothing to be desired”. This is our main criticism. We are passionate about cooking and love recreating local cuisine abroad. This is NOT POSSIBLE in the kitchen in the house. The oven is perfectly fine, but the gas stove works very, very poorly. There is no sufficient flame to fry things at all. Less than with a camping stove! Bringing a pot of water to a boil took up to 15 minutes! Since you rent a finca to support yourself, this was very frustrating and should definitely be changed!!! A normal electric stove is enough. There were enough plates, but only a single wine glass, only a single cutting board and - until, thanks to their help, the owner kindly brought a new one - only a cutting knife that was falling apart. That's certainly not the standard you want to convey. The washing machine and dishwasher are again great! I hope these tips are helpful. In summary, we can look back on a really nice holiday in the finca and would book the finca again immediately, but only if the kitchen was raised to a normal minimum standard.

"Super tolle Unterkunft. Genau wie auf den Fotos. Alles sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden (Pfannen, Gläser, Geschirr, Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke,...) Zur Begrüßung standen Blumen auf dem Terassentisch und in der Küche lagen frische Eier. Sehr nett war auch, dass uns ein zweites Mal frische Eier gebracht wurden. Als einzigen ganz kleinen Kritikpunkt (wenn man einen suchen will) könnte man sagen, dass in der Beschreibung nicht steht, dass das Duschbad draußen neben dem Grill ist. Es ist aber genau so sauber und gepflegt wie das restliche Haus. Und es liegen sogar Hand- und Badetücher bereit. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub sofort wieder dort verbringen und haben sie auch schon weiterempfohlen. "

Très bonne situation, avec très belle vue. Appartement simple et fonctionnel. Seule difficulté : le parking, manœuvres très difficiles et plus de places si on rentre un peu tard.
