Enjoy the summer in this wonderful country house with private pool and capacity for 6 people on the outskirts of Santa Margalida and 8.4 km from Can Picafort beach.
The exteriors of this beautiful country house are fully equipped to enjoy the summer time. The private swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 6.5 x 3.5 metres while the depth ranges from 1.20 to 2.10 metres. There are 6 sun loungers and an umbrella for sunbathing. There are several terraces and a porch equipped to enjoy a delicious barbecue, as well as a table with a tent for outdoor dining. Outside you will also find a ping-pong table, a shower and a toilet. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. On the property there is an organic vegetable garden where you can eat seasonal fruit and vegetables. You can also pick fresh eggs, which you will also find there.
The two-storey house offers a cosy style with all the necessary equipment for a perfect stay. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with TV-sat; the kitchen with ceramic hob and adjoining dining area; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a second living room, the 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), all with TV and wardrobes, and two bathrooms with shower. The living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs if you are travelling with babies.
Santa Margalida is a small village that offers the basic services for an independent stay. The house is on the outskirts, not far from the road that will take you to the beach, so you may occasionally hear the noise of cars. The house is only 8.4 km away from one of the most wonderful beaches of the island, Platja dels Capellans, with magnificent restaurants on the sand where you can enjoy a fabulous paella. In Can Picafort you will also find a great summer atmosphere.
The owner will give you an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and an assortment of drinks (juice, milk, beer).
The cookers are electric.
The wood for the barbecue is free of charge.

Sehr schönes Haus an toller Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Bequem, komfortabel und sehr toll ausgestattet.

Der Blick vom Pool über den Garten in die Landschaft ist großartig. Die am Grundstück vorbei führende Landstraße hört man schon, empfanden wir aber nicht sehr störend. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Allerdings sind ein paar Teile (Geschirr, Kochzubehör, Grill) insbes. in der Küche schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Haustür versteckt sich hinter blauen Lamellen, die erst wie Fensterläden aussah und daher schwer zu finden ist. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf Terrasse und Balkonen bieten Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend und klimatisiert. Die Betten unterschiedlich weich/hart auch ganz ok. Über Homerti war die Kommunikation super - schnell und unkompliziert, auch als wir uns einmal ausgesperrt hatten.
The view from the pool over the garden into the landscape is great. You can hear the country road leading past the property, but we didn't find it very disturbing. The house is well equipped and clean. However, a few parts (dishes, cooking accessories, grill), especially in the kitchen, are already showing their age. The front door is hidden behind blue slats that initially looked like shutters and is therefore difficult to find. Many seating options on the terrace and balconies offer opportunities to retreat. The bedrooms are small but sufficient and air conditioned. The beds vary in softness/hardness and are also quite ok. Communication via Homerti was great - quick and uncomplicated, even when we were locked out.
