Enjoy the peace of the countryside in this beautiful villa with private pool on the outskirts of Lloseta. It sleeps 6 guests.
Outside this beautiful villa you will be able to enjoy a nice swim in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. You'll also find 3 sunloungers around where you can bask in the sun although you can also relax on the 2 Bali beds. From the pool and down some steps you'll reach the porch which is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco or to have a drink in the evening. There also is an equipped terrace in another corner of the house. The property is fenced and offers 4000 m2.
The house comprises 2 floors. On the first floor you have the living room -with AC and satellite TV, located by the kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and linked to the living through a marble peninsula. Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet, are on the ground floor. Three of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The property is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, a town that emanates the peace and quiet atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. You'll find the needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, Inca -with many more services and its traditional street market on Thursday mornings- is only a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house.

Notre sejour s'est très bien passé, mais il faut tout de même signaler quelques petits "désagréments"...nous avions choisi cette maison puisqu'elle proposait des extras très sympas tel la table de ping-pong, le billard, le baby-foot...malheureusement nous navons pas pu en profiter puisqu'ils sont inutilisables : tout est obsolète. De même, la vaisselle est un peu juste en terme de quantité et il y avait une importante odeur d'humidité en bas dans les chambres. Mis à part ces inconvénients, le jardin est superbe avec tous ces agrumes, le quartier est calme et l'endroit chaleureux.
Very spacious house with many amenities and a more than generous welcome. Our stay went very well, but we must still point out a few small "inconveniences"... we chose this house because it offered very nice extras such as the ping-pong table, billiards, baby -foot...unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of them since they are unusable: everything is obsolete. Likewise, the dishes are a little tight in terms of quantity and there was a significant smell of humidity downstairs in the rooms. Aside from these drawbacks, the garden is superb with all these citrus trees, the neighborhood is calm and the place warm.

Die Finca liegt ziemlich abseits, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab's in der näheren Umgebung reichlich. Die Ausstattung im großen und ganzen ok, aber irgendwas fehlt ja immer. Wie überall auf Mallorca sind auch hier reichlich Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die wir nachts Gott sei Dank nicht gehört haben. Sauberkeit ganz ok und die Betten prima - wir werden wohl wiederkommen :-))
The finca is quite remote, but there were plenty of shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. The facilities are generally ok, but something is always missing. Like everywhere else in Mallorca, there are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood, which we didn't hear at night, thank God. Cleanliness was ok and the beds were great - we will probably come back :-))

ik vind het zwembad erg fijn om in te liggen vooral vanwege de hittegolf die er was. verder is het een mooie en rustige omgeving, erg prettig.
I really like the swimming pool, especially because of the heat wave. Furthermore, it is a beautiful and quiet area, very pleasant.

Wirwaren mit Homerti sehr zufrieden. Auch nachdem wir versehentlichdie Alarmanlage auslösen, blieben sie freundlich. Das Haus war gut und entsprach der Beschreibung und Fotos. Die einzigen Mängel waren dass die Küchenausstattung (5 Messer, 2Töpfe und 2Schüsseln) sehr gering waren. Die Möbel (Liegen und Stühle) müsstendringend erneuert werden, da überall Kleinigkeiten abgebrochen sind. Ein angebrochen Plastikstuhl istuns kaputt gegangen, das war aber kein Problem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber.
We were very satisfied with Homerti. Even after we accidentally set off the alarm system, they remained friendly. The house was good and corresponded to the description and photos. The only drawbacks were that the kitchen equipment (5 knives, 2 pots and 2 bowls) was very limited. The furniture (loungers and chairs) urgently needs to be replaced because little things have broken off everywhere. A plastic chair that was opened broke, but that wasn't a problem. Bed linen and towels were clean.

La casa era un gran lugar para pasar el rato cuando está cansado y el ping pong, billar y futbolín mantuvo a mis hijos entretenidos sin necesidad de ver la televisión. Estuvo genial. La piscina estaba fría, pero los niños nadaron un par de veces de todos modos. Las camas eran super cómodas como todos los colchones parecían ser de espuma de memoria. Los anfitriones nos dejaron algunos regalos agradables que todos disfrutamos. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Voy a decir que las carreteras son estrechas volver a la casa, así que si usted no está acostumbrado a eso o tener un coche grande, podría ser un poco de miedo. De lo contrario, la ubicación es agradable y tranquila.
We had a great stay. We loved that the location was not far from many places on the island. The house was a great place to hang out when tired and the ping pong, pool and foosball kept my kids entertained without needing to watch TV. It was great. The pool was cold, but the kids swam a few times anyway. The beds were super comfortable as all the mattresses seemed to be memory foam. The hosts left us some nice gifts that we all enjoyed. I would stay here again. I will say that the roads are narrow coming to the house, so if you are not used to that or having a big car, it might be a little scary. Otherwise the location is nice and quiet.
See more Eine kleine Oase in der man sich sofort heimisch fühlt. Auch wenn es etwas abseits liegt, ist es die perfekte Location um etwas zu unternehmen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, selbst wenn man mit mehreren Personen dort wohnt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, Bäder sind ausreichend da, lediglich ausreichend Schränke um Kleidung für bis zu 6 Personen zu verstauen, könnten mehr da sein. Summa Summarum eine sehr sehr gute Unterkunft in der man auch mal den ein oder anderen Tag verbringen kann, ohne das Gefühl zu bekommen das es einen einengt. Ich werde definitiv später im Jahr nochmal zurück kommen.
A little oasis where you immediately feel at home. Even though it is a bit out of the way, it is the perfect location to do something. There is enough space, even if you live there with several people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there are enough bathrooms, there are just enough cupboards to store clothes for up to 6 people, there could be more. All in all, a very, very good accommodation where you can spend a day or two without feeling like it's restricting you. I will definitely come back again later in the year.

Wir hatten 4 Wochen eine wunderbare Finca bei Lioseta.Die Betreuung durch das gesamte Vacalia Team war sowohl vor der Anreise sowie während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hervorragend. Auch bei auftretenden Problemen wurde uns durch die Mitarbeiter sofort geholfen und entsprechende Lösungen gefunden. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr gut. Nachdem wir nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in der selben Finca unseren Urlaub verbracht haben sich auch dieses Mal unserer Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt.Bettina und Marko
We had a wonderful finca near Lioseta for 4 weeks. The support from the entire Vacalia team was excellent both before arrival and throughout the entire stay. Even when problems arose, the employees helped us immediately and found appropriate solutions. All communication was very good. I did see that some reviews mention dogs barking, but this isn't too loud, and only seemed to be at certain times (feeding time maybe?). A car is essential for your stay here, but this also allows you to explore the island, and this is a great location for going all over! The pool is great and the house also has a table football, table tennis and pool table so lots of chilled out entertainment. The layout does differ slightly from the photos as the pool table has been added since the photos taken, but we really enjoyed playing pool on an evening so we didn't mind! We were 6 adults and a 5 month old baby, and the house worked well for is in terms of sleeping. Two bedrooms are en suite, and then there is a separate bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4. The last bedroom does have a very low ceiling and if you are taller than 5'8" you won't be able to stand up in here! The only thing we didn't like were the number (too few) and quality of the pillows. We were kindly provided with a cot, high chair, potty and baby bowls and plates which was really kind. I would say that the house has a lot of unforgiving steps and levels if you do have a baby on the move though so this place is more ideal for younger babies and then children who are good on their feet! There is a really great shade curtain around the sunbeds you can open and close as needed, which also offers shade to the pool in an afternoon and meant we could enjoy the outdoors much more than we could have if this wasn't there! Although the decor is a little dated, the house is a really good find and we enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of local supermarkets and markets on the island to fill your cupboards, but just be aware you have to take all the rubbish to the tip or bins in the town. I can only guess this is because the bin trucks can't fit down the narrow road, but it was the one thing we really hated about our stay. The hosts are really good at communicating, and offering help and advice. The water went off while we were there and someone was with us to fix within 30 minutes! All our emails were replied to really fast (sometimes in minutes!) and nothing was too much bother!

See more Wir haben bewusst eine Finca eher im Landesinneren gewählt um eine gute Basis für Ausflüge zu haben. Toll war, dass die Schlafräume im unteren Bereich (Erdgeschoss von vorne) und so verhältnismäßig kühl waren während sie zusätzlich mit Klima ausgestattet waren. Dies haben wir nicht nutzen müssen. Das vierte Schlafzimmer eignet sich unseres Erachtens nicht wirklich als vollwertiges Schlafzimmer aber wir haben es auch nicht so genutzt. Toll ist der Billardtisch auf der Hauptetage. Auch der Kickertisch und die Tischtennisplatte bieten Abswechslung. Mittlerweile gibt es eine hübsche Pergola an den Liegen. Ein Sonnenschirm zusätzlich wäre dennoch sinnvoll an besonders heißen Tagen. In der Nachbarschaft (großläufig) gibt es viele Hunde, die nachts schon mal loslegen. War für uns jetzt kein Problem. Das Eine oder Andere könnte mal erneuert werden, wie zB die Auflagen der Liegen oder die Gerüche in den innenliegenden Bädern. Wir haben uns jedoch gut mit allem arrangieren können und hatten eine wirklich entspannte Zeit. Besonders liebevoll fanden wir die kleinen Geschenke für unsere Kinder und möchten uns an der Stelle noch einmal herzlich bedanken! ❤️
We deliberately chose a finca in the interior of the country in order to have a good base for excursions. What was great was that the bedrooms in the lower area (ground floor from the front) were relatively cool while they were also equipped with air conditioning. We didn't have to use this. In our opinion, the fourth bedroom is not really suitable as a full-fledged bedroom, but we didn't use it that way either. The pool table on the main floor is great. The football table and table tennis table also offer variety. There is now a pretty pergola by the loungers. An additional parasol would still be useful on particularly hot days. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood (large size) that get loose at night. Wasn't a problem for us now. One thing or another could be replaced, such as the cushions on the loungers or the smells in the indoor bathrooms. However, we were able to come to terms with everything and had a really relaxed time. We found the small gifts for our children particularly loving and would like to thank them once again! ❤️

See more Wir haben 9 wunderschöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus erlebt. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen (maximal 5 Personen ausreichend groß). Wenn etwas nicht so ganz in Ordnung war, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir wurden überdies in rührender Weise auch persönlich betreut, mit leckerem Essen, Naschereien und Präsenten und sogar einem Fahrrad. Das Haus liegt auf dem Lande. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Wege zu den Supermärkten und zum Bahnhof (mit dem Zug nach Palma) sind trotzdem relativ kurz. Auf diesem Wege nochmals ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Anna von Ursel, Elke, Louisa und Rainer!
We spent 9 wonderful days in the holiday home. The house is large enough for 4 people (maximum 5 people). If something wasn't quite right, it was remedied immediately. We were also personally looked after in a touching way, with delicious food, treats and presents and even a bicycle. The house is in the countryside. The environment is quiet. The distances to the supermarkets and the train station (by train to Palma) are still relatively short. I would like to take this opportunity to once again say a big thank you to Anna von Ursel, Elke, Louisa and Rainer!
See more Die Lage der Finca ist sehr zentral auf der Insel und der Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Grundstück ist der absolute Wahnsinn!!! Man ist mit dem Auto in ca. 20min in Palma und von dem Balkon/Terrasse kann man bis auf die Berge schauen. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Neben einem sehr schönen Pool, den man nachts beleuchten kann, gibt es noch eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Tischkicker. Der Check-In und -Out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bzw. der Agentur findet außerhalb von AirBnB statt, dass ist der einzige Minuspunkt den ich vergeben kann. Die Kommunikation hat dennoch sehr gut funktioniert und man war für uns 24/7 da. Als Geburtstagsüberraschung gab es vom Gastgeber einen Kuchen, der auf der Terrasse abgestellt worden ist. Dies hat uns total umgehauen und war eine total schöne Aufmerksamkeit vom Gastgeber. An dieser Stelle noch einmal einen großen DANK für alles!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen.
The location of the finca is very central on the island and the view from the terrace and the property is absolutely amazing!!! You can reach Palma in about 20 minutes by car and you can see the mountains from the balcony/terrace. The finca is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a holiday. In addition to a very nice pool that can be illuminated at night, there is also a table tennis table and a table football table. Check-in and check-out worked smoothly. The communication with the host or the agency takes place outside of AirBnB, that is the only negative point I can give. The communication still worked very well and they were there for us 24/7. As a birthday surprise, the host gave us a cake that was left on the terrace. This completely blew us away and was a really nice touch from the host. At this point once again a big THANK YOU for everything!! We would love to come back and I can only recommend it to everyone.

(Ein Elektriker musste wegen eines Stromausfalles kommen, dieser kam nach nicht mal 10 Minuten und hat den Strom innerhalb von Sekunden wieder eingeschaltet ). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder :)
Very nice finca. Everything you need is there. If there were any problems, help was provided very quickly. (An electrician had to come because of a power outage, he came after less than 10 minutes and turned the power back on within seconds). The location is very quiet. Gladly again :)

Definitely planning to stay here again!!

See more Je recommande vivement. En premier lieu, nous avons pu faire le check-in avant l'heure prévue sans aucun frais supplémentaire. Accueil chaleureux et plein de petites attention... des petits biscuits roulés et plein de madeleines nous attendaient sur le buffet de la cuisine... puis un petit chocolat sur chaque lit ! Et plus la permission de se servir directement sur les orangers et citronniers de la maison. Jardin propre et accueillant. Nous avons eut un soucis avec les plombs qui ont sauté et la réactivité a été incroyable. En moins de 30 minutes, nous avons eut la belle-soeur des propriétaires (Paquita, un amour de dame) et un électricien qui sont venus à notre secours! Grande maison, immense jardin, propre, piscine très clean (même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter... faisait trop froid), surplus de couvertures et oreillers en cas de besoin. Service irréprochable! À 3 minutes en voiture de Inca, ses supermarchés, restaurants... Si je retourne a Palma, c'est sûr, je réserve là !
I highly recommend. First of all, we were able to check in before the scheduled time without any additional costs. Warm welcome and lots of little touches... little rolled biscuits and lots of madeleines awaited us on the kitchen buffet... then a little chocolate on each bed! And plus permission to serve yourself directly from the house's orange and lemon trees. Clean and welcoming garden. We had a problem with the pellets blowing and the responsiveness was incredible. In less than 30 minutes, we had the owners' sister-in-law (Paquita, a lady's sweetheart) and an electrician who came to our rescue! Big house, huge garden, clean, very clean swimming pool (even if we weren't able to use it... it was too cold), extra blankets and pillows if needed. Impeccable service! 3 minutes by car from Inca, its supermarkets, restaurants... If I go back to Palma, for sure, I'll book there!

Spacious house with large land in the countryside and close to the expressway (25 minutes from Palma and 5 minutes from supermarkets). See more Die Finca ist wirklich toll. Bei der Anreise hat der von den Gastgebern organisierte Transfer nicht geklappt, aber dafür können die Gastgeber nichts. Das Taxi hat es dann auch getan. Der Check-in mit dem freundlichen Einheimischen war sehr angenehm und gleichzeitig witzig, da dieser sich gut mit dem (Hidden by Airbnb) Translater zu verständigen weiß. Die Unterkunft an sich ist herrlich gelegen, man hat seine Ruhe und einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Wir sind im Rennradurlaub da gewesen und Inca hat eine gute Lage um überall hinfahren zu können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ohne Probleme zu Fuß in ein paar (20) Minuten zu erreichen. Der Pool ist klasse und es sind genügend Schlafzimmer mit angenehmen Betten vorhanden. Die Küche ist mittelmäßig ausgestattet, aber man kommt damit schon klar. In der aktuellen Zeit mit Temperaturen um die 15 Grad auf Mallorca ist es in der unteren Etage etwas sehr kalt. Man sollte sich Hausschuhe mitnehmen und zur Not mal die Klimaanlage zum Heizen zu nutzen, was auf Mallorca wohl auch üblich ist. Dafür bekommt man dann halt nur am letzten Tag die Quittung, dann darf man nämlich die Stromrechnung des Aufenthaltes zahlen. Das war iO und wurde so auch vorher kommuniziert. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für 2-8 Personen, die ich gern wieder besuchen werde.
The finca is really great. When we arrived, the transfer organized by the hosts didn't work, but there's nothing the hosts can do about that. The taxi did the same. The check-in with the friendly local was very pleasant and funny at the same time, as he knows how to communicate well with the (Hidden by Airbnb) translator. The accommodation itself is in a wonderful location, with peace and quiet and a great view of the mountains. We were there on a racing bike holiday and Inca is in a good location to be able to go everywhere. Shops can be easily reached on foot in a few (20) minutes. The pool is great and there are enough bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is mediocrely equipped, but you can manage. At the moment, with temperatures around 15 degrees in Mallorca, it is a bit very cold on the lower floor. You should take slippers with you and, if necessary, use the air conditioning for heating, which is also common practice in Mallorca. You only get the receipt on the last day, after which you can pay the electricity bill for your stay. That was OK and was communicated that way beforehand. Overall, a very nice accommodation for 2-8 people, which I would like to visit again.

Can only be recommended. Wonderful accommodation, the details in the house are great. Everything was designed with a lot of love. You could just feel comfortable there. Pretty centrally in the middle of Mallorca you can quickly reach everywhere in all directions. Would book it again and again. Thank you for the great hospitality!!!

Wir haben zu siebt eine Woche Familienurlaub in dieser Unterkunft gemacht und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich und das Zimmer ohne Fenster hat sogar einen Zugang zur Terasse, sodass hier trotzdem etwas Tageslicht reinkommt. Auch die vier Bäder waren sauber und mit genügend Handtüchern und sogar teilweise mit Föhn ausgestattet. Besonders viel Spaß hatten wir am eigenen Pool und mit dem vorhandenen Tischkicker. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
The seven of us spent a week on a family vacation in this accommodation and felt really comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the room without a window even had access to the terrace, so that some daylight still came in. The four bathrooms were also clean and equipped with enough towels and some even had a hairdryer. We particularly had a lot of fun at our own pool and with the available table football. We can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in Bad und gemütlichen Zimmern. Man hat sehr viel Platz. Die Küche ist leider etwas mager ausgestattet aber man kommt auch damit gut zurecht. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und man kann sich die Zeit gut mit der Tischtennisplatte und dem Kicker vertreiben. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und man kann von dort aus gut alles auf der Insel erreichen, ein Auto ist aber unbedingt nötig. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
A beautiful house with very good bathroom facilities and cozy rooms. You have a lot of space. Unfortunately, the kitchen is a bit poorly equipped, but you can get along well with it. The pool was very pleasant and you can pass the time with the table tennis table and table football. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The villa was exceptionally clean with everything needed to make the stay a pleasant one. Thoughtful touches to make the place feel homely and comfortable. This is our second stay at the villa and we will certainly be back.

Wir haben für eine Woche 25€ gezahlt ohne übermäßig auf den Verbrauch zu achten. Allerdings waren wir auch nur zu dritt und haben nicht geheizt und die Klimaanlage auch nicht verwendet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas sparsam. Man kommt schon irgendwie klar, aber zum richtig gut kochen fehlt die Ausstattung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
Fantastic finca on a huge property. Great pool. Nicely furnished rooms. 4 bathrooms. Electricity costs extra, but is billed very fairly. We paid €25 for a week without paying too much attention to consumption. However, there were only three of us and we didn't heat or use the air conditioning. The equipment in the kitchen is somewhat sparse. You get by somehow, but you don't have the equipment to cook really well. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend the accommodation.

See more Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind und eine Woche in der Finca. Diese ist wirklich toll gelegen, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat und keinen Wert auf eine Lage am Meer legt. Man ist in einer halben Stunde in Alcudia, was für uns völlig akzeptabel war, da wir nicht die klassischen Strandurlauber sind. Von der Finca lässt sich die Insel ideal erkunden. Die Finca an sich ist toll. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und ist auch für Kinder gut geeignet. Wir persönlich halten sie für 6 Personen gut geeignet. Das 4. Schlafzimmer war scheinbar mal eine Garage und ist unseres Erachtens nicht wirklich als vollwertiges Schlafzimmer zu sehen. Grundlegend ist die Finca mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass es sich um ein Ferienhaus handelt und nicht jeder sorgsam mit fremdem Eigentum umgeht. Teilweise wäre es eventuell notwendig, Dinge auszutauschen.
We were 4 adults and 1 child and stayed in the finca for a week. This is a really great location if you have a rental car and don't value a location by the sea. You can get to Alcudia in half an hour, which was completely acceptable for us as we are not the classic beach holidaymakers. The island can be ideally explored from the finca. The finca itself is great. The pool is a nice size and is also suitable for children. We personally think they are suitable for 6 people. The 4th bedroom was apparently once a garage and, in our opinion, should not really be seen as a full-fledged bedroom. The finca is basically equipped with everything you need, but you should keep in mind that it is a holiday home and not everyone treats other people's property with care. In some cases it might be necessary to replace things.
