If you thought it was not possible to enjoy a pleasant swim in a swimming pool in a village house, this one proves the opposite. The exterior of this house is tastefully decorated to create a beautiful place to spend a wonderful holiday. The chlorine pool has a size of 4 x 2 m and a depth of 1.45 to 1.50 m. The pool is a perfect place for sunbathing in the sun. Around it you can sunbathe on 4 sun loungers or prepare a barbecue and enjoy it under the porch.

The beautiful interiors are distributed only on the ground floor. The living room with satellite TV and fireplace invites you to relax. Then you enter the kitchen-dining room, which is equipped with ceramic hob. Then you have 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and two with two single beds, one of the latter with A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower serves the whole house. A cot, a high chair, washing machine, iron, ironing board and oil central heating complete the house.

Capdepera is an excellent destination, because all around the coast there is a great diversity of small and beautiful beaches and coves such as Son Moll, only 3 km away. The Caves of Artà are also a must-see. In the area you will find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

The garage has been converted into a Cycling Friendly facility to welcome cyclists.
