You may start your day taking a dip in the private pool, then relax on the cozy sun loungers and enjoy a large breakfast with friends and family. Without a doubt, the color blue is the favorite one of the house owners who paid great attention to details. The exteriors are composed of a 6.4 x 3.4 meters salt water pool (depth: 1.55 meters), an outdoor sofa, an exterior shower, a table with 6 chairs and a barbecue. You will observe lovely details like a bathtub converted into a boat, a nice bar table with stools or a cupboard made of a piece of a boat. After sunbathing and swimming, you can play table-top football or have a drink on the upper terrace equipped with pallet furniture. As this villa is located in an urbanization, there are next-door neighbours.

Cheerful colors mixed up with nice furniture and a good equipment like satellite TV will make you feel like home from the very first moment. Rooms are distributed over one floor and 170 m2. Light a fire in the fireplace and enjoy a family-dinner in the dining room, which is decorated in a Mediterranean way. The huge dining table invites 6 people to sit down, share laughs and talks. Next to the dining room, there's a living area with cozy sofa. You like cooking? Perfect as this house offers a modern kitchen with ceramic cooktop, some kitchenware, oven, dishwasher etc. Enjoy preparing meals with your loved ones and, why not, share new receipts. The laundry features a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron with ironing board.

The master bedroom comes with double bed and there's enough space to prepare a cot if you come with your baby. This room counts with a chest of drawers for your clothes and a bathroom en-suite, open to the bedroom (no door). A nice bathtub ensures relaxing moments and there are also a few books. Besides, the bathroom comes with a toilet, a mirror and an elegant wash basin. The second bedroom decorated in pastel colors, comes with a double bed and a second cot if necessary. Two more people can sleep in the third bedroom with two single beds and closet. There's a second bathroom with shower. 4 fans and central heating complete the houses' equipment.

Set in Badia Gran, in Majorca South, this lovely house is close to many nice beaches like Cala Blava. S'Arenal Beach is a 15 minutes' drive and the village offers lots of shops, restaurants, leisure activities and bars. If you prefer quiet beaches, visit Cala Pi, Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes or Es Trenc. Palma Aquarium is quite close and shows an interesting Mediterranean fauna and flora. La Seu Cathedral in Palma de Mallorca is a 30 minutes' drive, same as the picturesque old town. The weekly market in Llucmajor takes place every Friday.
