Beautiful country house, with private pool and accommodation for 3 guests, on the outskirts of Algaida.
Savor the true essence of the countryside in the exterior of this beautiful rustic villa. The furnished terrace and the private chlorine pool are the real protagonists. The pool has a size of 6 x 3 m and a depth of 1 to 1.5 m. Enjoy a breakfast, a few rays of sun on the 4 sun loungers, a refreshing bath and a delicious barbecue.
When entering to the house, there is a mild stay that combines the living room, - with TV-SAT, air conditioning and a decorative wood stove -, with the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop. Immediately after, there is a corridor that gives you access to the two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an exit to the terrace. There are a cot and a high chair available. The bathroom of the house has a shower. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The property is located at 4.6 km from the center of Algaida, a beautiful inland village with the basic services for your stay and an extensive range of gastronomy. By being centrally located on the island, it has easy and quick access in any direction. The nearest beach is Ca’n Pastilla, at 16.1 km, although you can go all over the coast and visit nice coves and dreamy beaches such as Es Trenc.

The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool and outside of the house lovely. We met the dad of the owner who came to water the plans and trees and he was very friendly! The owner also came to clean the pool and swap the outside patio. We definitely recommend it if what you would want is a very chilled, quiet stay! It’s about 25 minute drive to Palma and about 40 mins to the south east Calas. The only down side is the bins are quite far out and you need to drive to the drop off point. The owner comes to collect it but I think we might have missed it. Nonetheless, lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a really nice week of peace and quiet!

All in all and excellent stay if this is the type of holiday you’re after.

See more We kwamen te vroeg bij het huis aan. Meneer was het zwembad nog aan het schoonmaken , maar niks was een probleem, we konden gewoon het huis al in! Heel gastvrij en vriendelijk! Heerlijk mooi huis! Schoon. Alles was aanwezig. Prachtige rustige omgeving! Een aanrader!
We arrived at the house too early. The gentleman was still cleaning the pool, but nothing was a problem, we could just go into the house! Very hospitable and friendly! Lovely beautiful house! Beautiful. Everything was there. Beautiful quiet area! Highly recommended!

[-]Basen jest bardzo mały co w naszym wypadku było dużym minusem.

See more Die Finka liegt auf einem großen Privaten Grundstück welches vorne durch ein Tor gesichert ist. Es ist sehr ruhig und ländlich gelegen, Perfekt zum auspannen. Allerdings sollte man darauf Vorbereitet sein viel von seinem Mietwagen gebrauch zu machen. Die einzigen Geräusche die zu hören waren ist das entfernte rauschen von Flugzeugen und gelegentlich die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Das Gesamte Grundstück ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt, es sind nur hochwertige Materialien verwendet worden. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Den Gastgeber durften wir such kurz kennenlernen, der Kontakt war auch überaus angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen.
The finka is located on a large private property which is secured by a gate at the front. It is very quiet and rural, perfect for relaxing. However, you should be prepared to use your rental car a lot. The only sounds that could be heard were the distant roar of airplanes and the occasional neighborhood dog. The entire property has been laid out with great attention to detail and only high-quality materials have been used. The kitchen is above average well equipped. We were able to get to know the host briefly and the contact was extremely pleasant. We would come back at any time and really enjoyed our time there.

See more Gefühlt mitten im nirgendwo, aber trotzdem Zentral. Man kann die Insel von dort super erkunden. Die Finka ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man kann sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen. Ein super Ort zum abschalten und genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, but still central. You can easily explore the island from there. The finka is very lovingly furnished and you can feel comfortable from the first moment. A great place to switch off and enjoy. We'd love to come back.

Super schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Das Haus war mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet und über die Sauberkeit lässt sich auch nichts negatives berichten. Für unseren 1 Jahr alten Sohn war auch alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Also auch absolut schön für einen Familienurlaub. Das Grundstück und der Garten mit dem Salzwasserpool sind ein Traum und laden zum entspannen ein. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man auch innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten beim Flughafen. Der super freundliche und sympathisch Besitzer war zweimal die Woche vor Ort um den Pool zu reinigen und nach dem rechten zu schauen. Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche leckeren Wein von ihm geschenkt und es wurde auch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir etwas benötigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ?
Super nice and well-kept accommodation. The house was equipped with all the necessary things and there is nothing negative to say about the cleanliness. Everything we needed was available for our 1 year old son. So also absolutely lovely for a family holiday. The property and the garden with the salt water pool are a dream and invite you to relax. With a rental car you can also get to the airport within 15-20 minutes. The super friendly and personable owner was there twice a week to clean the pool and make sure everything was going well. He gave us a welcome bottle of delicious wine and always asked if everything was OK or if we needed anything. We'd love to come back. ?

Wir hatten eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit auf der Finca Es Tancat Prim. Die Finca liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, umsäumt von Obst-und Olivenbäumen. Die Einrichtung ist hübsch, eine Mischung aus modernem Landhaus und typisch mallorquinischen Möbeln. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage - gegen Aufpreis - haben wir über Homerti gebucht. Das Badezimmer ist eher klein, für 2 Personen aber in Ordnung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist kleiner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Bahnen kann man nicht schwimmen, für eine Abkühlung aber perfekt. Wir hatten auch die Gelegenheit den sympathischen Besitzer der Finca kennenzulernen, welcher sich sehr freundlich um unsere Belange gekümmert hat. Sogar der Müll wird alle 2 Tage abgeholt - normalerweise muss man diesen selbst wegbringen. Das war eine große Zeitersparnis für uns und ein großartiger Zusatz-Service. Wir können die Finca absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Homerti war einfach, und wir konnten sogar etwas früher in die Finca einchecken.
We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Finca Es Tancat Prim. The finca is located on a large property, surrounded by fruit and olive trees. The decor is nice, a mix of modern country house and typical Mallorcan furniture. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. We booked the air conditioning - for an additional charge - through Homerti. The bathroom is rather small, but fine for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The outside area is very well maintained. The pool is smaller than shown in the pictures. You can't swim lengths, but it's perfect for cooling off. We also had the opportunity to get to know the friendly owner of the finca, who took care of our needs in a very friendly manner. Even the garbage is picked up every 2 days - you usually have to take it away yourself. This was a huge time saver for us and a great additional service. We can absolutely recommend the finca! Communication with Homerti was easy and we were even able to check into the finca a little earlier.

See more Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem tollen und schönen Haus. Die Beschreibung entspricht zu 100% der Realität. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und voll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist wirklich toll und man hat alles um dort zu kochen und sein Essen zu zubereiten. Die Betten und Wäsche sowie die Handtücher waren sehr sauber - so wie man es sich wünscht und von zu Hause kennt -. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause und der Pool war auch sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas ab vom Schuss, aber für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub genau das richtige.

The kitchen is really great and you have everything you need to cook and prepare your food there. The beds, linen and towels were very clean - just as you would expect and know from home. All in all we felt at home and the pool was also very clean. The location is quiet and a bit out of the way, but just right for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

“Super schönes Ferienhaus auf einem riesen Grundstück, wo man in Ruhe entspannen kann. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Pool und Gartenbereich werden zweimal die Woche gereinigt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können diese Ferienwohung von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht innerhalb von 10 Minuten Supermärkte, Apotheken und Tankstellen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant (Es 4 Vents). Aber auch der Grill und die Küche in der Finca sind in sehr gutem Zustand, sodass wir fast immer selber gekocht haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern lief auch sehr gut. Also alles perfekt, es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!”

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit verlebt. Das Haus ist zunächst ein wenig schwer zu finden, aber wenn man einmal weiß wo es ist, geht es. Es ist sehr idyllisch und einfach zauberhaft für einen Familienurlaub. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert! ??
We had a fabulous time in Algaida. I was there with my husband and my 3 month old son. My sister spontaneously accompanied us for the first 3 days. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. The house is a little difficult to find at first, but once you know where it is, it's possible. It is very idyllic and simply magical for a family vacation. The hosts were also very kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended! ??
