This Mediterranean style house with private pool is located in Puerto de Alcúdia and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Have a morning swim in the 6m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m. Up to five sun loungers are perfect for getting tanned. Next to the pool, a breakfast terrace can be used also for a barbecue in the evening. At the other side, a chill-out corner invites you to have a glass of wine with your loved ones. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

This home offers accommodation on two floors and 130m2 with three cozy bedrooms with wardrobe on the first floor; two with one double bed and one with two twin beds. Windows allow a lot of light to come in. A cot and a high chair for our youngest guests can be provided upon request. This house offers two bathrooms, one on each floor, with bathtub or shower.

Have long table talks in the sitting-dining room, maybe while the children are watching a film on the satellite-TV. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob so you will be able to prepare your favorite meals. The laundry features a washer, iron and ironing board. There’s A/C in the living area and in the hall on the first floor.

If you like the beach and the sea, Puerto de Alcúdia is a good place for water sports, basking in the sun and enjoying the crystal clear waters. It doesn’t matter whether you like to go shopping, are a foodie or travel with children – this town has everything, especially during the summer season. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to Alcúdia’s old town where you can visit the colorful market every Saturday and Tuesday. The fine grained sand beach is just 10 minutes walking from the house and it is just perfect for families with children as the swell is moderate.

In June, July and August the changeover day is on Saturday.

Flott sted, gangavstand til strand, dagligvare, butikker og restauranter av alle slag. Stille og fredelig nabolag. Rent og pent. Deilig med vindu som kan åpnes på begge bad - enkelt å lufte etter dusj. Flott basseng - vi benyttet det ikke da vi tilbrakte hele dagen på stranden - elsket den stranden. God plass, vi var fem voksne på ferie. Deilig med AC men den nådde liksom ikke helt dit vi trengte den - til soverommene. Anbefaler gjerne stedet og vertene. Stemte så absolutt til beskrivelsen. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet - benyttet ikke basseng eller kjøkken kan derfor ikke si noe om dette. Gode senger og pent og rent overalt. Veldig bra med masse stikkontakter - gjorde det lett å lade telefoner osv når man er 5 på tur. Tips; endre lyset over seksjonen - alt for sterkt og midt i øynene - vinkle det opp mot taket så spres lyset mye bedre. Tips; sjekk stålampen i stuen - må være noe med ledningen - den blinker, vi brukte den derfor ikke. Tips; om det er mulig juster AC I 2. etg slik at luften ikke går rett inn i veggen men mot soverommene - om den kan justeres sideveis så blir det kjøligere på soverommet - blir ikke spesielt avkjølt når luften stopper i veggen til badet.

Great place, walking distance to the beach, groceries, shops and restaurants of all kinds. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Clean and nice. Lovely with a window that can be opened in both bathrooms - easy to air after a shower. Great pool - we didn't use it as we spent all day at the beach - loved that beach. Good space, we were five adults on holiday. Nice with AC, but somehow it didn't quite reach where we needed it - to the bedrooms. Would happily recommend the place and the hosts. Absolutely matched the description. Very happy with the stay - didn't use the pool or kitchen so can't say anything about this. Good beds and nice and clean everywhere. Very good with lots of sockets - made it easy to charge phones etc when there are 5 of you on a trip. Tips; change the light above the section - far too bright and in the middle of the eyes - angle it up towards the ceiling and the light will spread much better. Tips; check the floor lamp in the living room - must be something with the cord - it flashes, we therefore did not use it. Tips; if possible, adjust the AC on the 2nd floor so that the air does not go straight into the wall but towards the bedrooms - if it can be adjusted laterally, it will be cooler in the bedroom - it will not be particularly cooled when the air stops in the wall to the bathroom.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa and its pool. Very spacious, beautiful outdoor area. The pool was quite cold but warmed up by the end of the week as temperatures rose. The villa is very well placed, in a quiet residential area but an easy walk to restaurants and the sandy beaches. The beaches and sea are ideal for young children. The only thing we wanted for in the kitchen were bowls for individual use. Bathrooms were good and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. Overall an excellent villa.

Fin lille lejlighed/hus.Vi var 6 voksne, der nød en uge. Der er en lille bassin man kan bade i. Porcelæn og køkkentøj, fine håndklæder mm. 2 badeværelser, Grill.Alt fungerede fint.

Nice little apartment/house. We were 6 adults enjoying a week. There is a small pool you can swim in. Porcelain and kitchenware, nice towels etc. 2 bathrooms, BBQ. Everything worked fine.

Appartment had good size and location and was perfect for us. The only issues we had were that the house smelled musty and the duvets had no cover / bedsheet. There was no body soap, only hand soap available.

Wir haben die Unterkunft in Playa de Muro zur schönsten Jahreszeit Mallorcas besucht und uns 10 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Homerti hat für unsere Reise mit 2 Kleinkindern alles möglich gemacht und auch ein 2. Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl zu organisieren war gar kein Problem (muss man allerdings dazu bezahlen). Der Strand von Playa de Muro ist fussläufig erreichbar und einer der schönsten für kleine Kinder. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Der Ort an sich ist aber wenig mallorquinisch und gänzlich dem Tourismus verschrieben. Auch wenn die Wohngegend eigentlich durch private Häuser und Ferienwohnungen ruhig erscheint, hört man jeden Abend das Animationsprogramm der umliegenden Hotels. War aber auch irgendwie ganz lustig. Der Pool ist super toll und die vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten ein Traum. Lediglich die Küchengeräte könnten ein wenig moderner sein. Die kleine Kaffeemaschine brauchte ewig bis der Kaffee fertig war. Wir kommen gern wieder!

We visited the accommodation in Playa de Muro during Mallorca's most beautiful season and felt very comfortable for 10 days. Homerti made everything possible for our trip with 2 small children and organizing a second cot and a high chair was no problem at all (although you have to pay for it). The beach of Playa de Muro is within walking distance and is one of the most beautiful for small children. There are numerous restaurants right around the corner. The place itself is not very Mallorcan and is entirely dedicated to tourism. Even if the residential area actually appears quiet due to private houses and holiday apartments, you can hear the entertainment program from the surrounding hotels every evening. But it was also kind of funny. The pool is great and the many seating and lying options in the garden are a dream. Only the kitchen appliances could be a little more modern. The small coffee machine took forever to make the coffee. We'd love to come back!

Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie i et dejligt hus. Vi var særligt begejstret for ude området med pool, som var en helt uundværlig ting for os her i varmen. Dejligt med gå afstand til lækker strand og dejlige strand restauranter. 5 min fra busstoppested med busser til Alcudia havn, den gamle by, Palma by, Palma lufthavn m.m. Huset indenfor er indrettet i spansk stil og er lidt mindre og ældre end på billederne. Vi kunne have ønsket os at der var air conditioner i soveværelserne så vi ikke skulle sove med åbne døre.I Området er trygt og roligt. Homerti svarede hurtigt på henvendelser fra os. Vi havde lejet en cykel gennem Homerti der skulle komme den dag vi ankom. Det skete ikke og det tog tre dage før det kunne lykkes at få den leveret, og derfor valgte vi at annullere den. Desværre. Ejeren af huset mødte vi, og han var rigtig flink og behagelig. Alt i alt en super dejlig og vellykket ferie i et skønt hus vi kan anbefale.

We have had a fantastic holiday in a lovely house. We were particularly excited about the outside area with pool, which was an absolutely indispensable thing for us here in the heat. Nice with walking distance to delicious beach and lovely beach restaurants. 5 min from the bus stop with buses to Alcudia port, the old town, Palma city, Palma airport, etc. The house inside is decorated in Spanish style and is a little smaller and older than in the pictures. We could have wished for air conditioning in the bedrooms so we didn't have to sleep with the doors open. The area is safe and quiet. Homerti responded quickly to inquiries from us. We had rented a bike through Homerti that was supposed to arrive the day we arrived. It didn't happen and it took three days before it could be successfully delivered, which is why we chose to cancel it. Unfortunately. We met the owner of the house and he was really nice and pleasant. All in all, a super nice and successful holiday in a wonderful house that we can recommend.

The villa is situated in a superb location just a stones throw from the beach and all other amenities. Yet the villa can be found in a small cup de sac which is far enough away to not be disturbed by tourists and other noises. The villa was perfect for our needs and we were very happy to spend a lot of our time soaking up the sun by the lovely pool.The only small downside was that there is only one air conditioning unit upstairs on the main staircase. This meant the bedrooms could get quite hot when the doors were shut. We chose to kept the doors open whilst sleeping but this may be a bigger issue for guests who like their privacy?

Excellent location- very close to all amenities. It was perfect for us as our young children didn’t have very far to walk. Pool area is lovely and the host company were excellent at communicating.Maybe some plastic plates, cups and cutlery for children.

I liked: The house is located close to very nice beach. The swimming pool was great with kids. Also the host was friendly and helped if we had any issues. I did not like: The kitchen was not well-equipped and was missing eg proper cutting board and kitchen knifes. The house is a bit worn out and particularly kitchen would need a bit of updating. As the house is located close to wetlands there are many mosquitos throughout the day.

We have just returned from this Villa, and are thinking about booking it again for 2 weeks next June. The Villa is everything we wanted, the only problem we had was the tree over the Dining table was damaging the beautiful 2 settee's (White Leather)which were provided but couldn't use because of that tree which was horrendous. We had to keep cleaning the pool because any little breeze and it would be full again of the tree leaves etc.. Do you think it would be possible for the owner to get it cut down, because i feel future guests might not be so understanding. Other than that we had a marvellous holiday in the Villa and hopefully will book very soon. Look forward to your reply.

- Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und Strand sowie Promenade sind von hier aus sehr gut in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen.- Das Haus selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit einer super Klimaanlage ausgestattet.- Auch der Garten-/Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr schön - alles da was man zum entspannen braucht.- Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out MinusHier herrscht leider der absolute Stechmückenwahnsinn. Wir waren von Kopf bis Fuß zerstochen, trotz Insektenschutzspray, Duftarmbändern und Anti-Mücken-Kerzen. Könnte eventuell an den Tümpeln in der Nähe des Hauses liegen.- Ausstattung nicht ausreichend (es fehlten z.B. Reinigungsgeräte)- Grill nicht wirklich einladend, sehr verdreckt und verrostet- WLAN hat nicht nur unzureichend funktioniert.

- The house is located in a quiet side street and the beach and promenade can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot. - The house itself is very nicely furnished and equipped with great air conditioning. - The garden/pool area is also really nice - everything you need to relax is there. - Uncomplicated check in and check out Minus Unfortunately, there is absolute mosquito madness here. We were bitten from head to toe, despite insect repellent spray, scented bracelets and anti-mosquito candles. Could possibly be due to the ponds near the house. - Equipment not sufficient (e.g. cleaning equipment was missing) - Grill not really inviting, very dirty and rusty - WLAN not only worked inadequately.
