Nice villa with private pool in Selva, in the Tramuntana Mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying a holiday with friends or family. The saltwater pool measures 8x4 metres and has a constant depth of 1.80 m. Next to it, there are sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, as well as a barbecue for preparing delicious meals. Before entering the house, there is a porch with chairs, perfect for extending your evenings with a glass of wine.

The interior is arranged as a single open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. In the living area, you will find two sofas, satellite TV and a fireplace. Air conditioning is also available for warmer nights. The open kitchen is gas-powered and comes with all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The location of the house is perfect, as you can reach any part of the island in a short time. In the village, you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and within a 20-minute drive you can visit fantastic beaches such as Platja de Muro, Port d’Alcúdia or Platja de Formentor. Thursdays are market day in Inca, when the town becomes a lively and bustling place.

The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
