This beautiful rustic finca offers a dreamlike exterior area. Located in a little hill, it features about 35000 m2 with lots of trees and pure nature. It even offers a little garden with fruit trees so that you can grab the fruits if it's the proper season. Meanwhile, you will be delighted with the wonderful barbecue alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine under the thatched pergola by the private pool, surrounded by natural stone. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.40 to 1.90 metres. This is a chlorine pool with several sun loungers around to bask in the sun, take a dip and admire the beautiful views. The property is fenced and it has total privacy.
This superb house comprising 2 floors, offers two living rooms with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and watch the satellite TV channels and favourite DVD films or simply take a nap. One of the rooms is specially beautiful since it features Mallorcan stoned walls and wooden beams at the ceiling giving to the space a warm and cosy touch. Whereas, on the other hand, the other room leads to the dining area. The kitchen is independent and it's fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and kitchen utensils in order to cook delicious dishes. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available, of course. Two bathrooms with a shower each complete the storey. On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with a wardrobe each. Three of them have a double bed while the last one offers two twin beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed also counts with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.And, in addition, there is another bathroom with shower and a last bathroom with bathtub that completes this upper floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house also is equipped with oil central heating.
This beautiful house is located on the outskirts of Pollensa, within the limits of the Tramuntana mountain range. The rural and quiet environment offers a great opportunity to practice hiking and biking to those who love adventure and nature. You also have the golf course of Pollensa 1.5 km away, in case you prefer this sport. The centre of the town is only 3.8 km away and it represents one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca with lots of shops of local and artisan products, as well as the street markets that take place on Monday in Pollensa and on Wednesday in Port de Pollensa. In relation to the beaches, in about 15 minutes drive you reach Cala Carbó as well as the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç.

The pool is amazing a perfect temperature. The grounds that surround it are incredible and beautiful. The house itself has everything you need. We cooked mainly on the bbq which is great. All the different seating areas in and out are great. We met Felipe the owner who gave us so much information on where was good to eat and go which was really nice! He also showed us around the entire property which is huge. Every fruit tree you can imagine is planted and have different times of years when these can be picked! The lemons/limes and figs were incredible! He also showed us some caves he had found on the property that were filled with bats! It was a pleasure to meet Felipe and to listen to how passionate he is about the property it has been in his family for many years. The highlight for our children was finding 2 tortoises around the garden! The best holiday!

See more Wer eine Unterkunft abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben! Sehr schöne Finca mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Schöner Pool, sehr gepflegter und großer Garten ... Lage, Lage, Lage!!! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen :-)

See more Geweldige week gehad in deze villa die echt ‘in the middle of nowhere’ ligt. Heel veel privacy dus! Alles is aanwezig, halverwege de week kwam zelfs een vriendelijke dame om schoon te maken en afval af te voeren. Ook nog contact gehad met de eigenaar die ons op het hele terrein verwelkomde en een mooie tip had voor een wandeling daarover. De communicatie was goed, helder en er kwam steeds heel snel een reactie op vragen van mijn kant. Het is geen goedkoop verblijf maar het was het zeker waard!
Had a great week in this villa that is really 'in the middle of nowhere'. So a lot of privacy! Everything is there, halfway through the week even a friendly lady came to clean and take away waste. We also had contact with the owner who welcomed us to the entire site and had a nice tip for a walk there. Communication was good, clear and there was always a very quick response to questions from my side. It's not a cheap stay but it was definitely worth it!

See more Leider weder verkehrsgünstig noch einkaufsgünstig. Dafür traumhaft ruhig inmitten der Bergwelt. Wer Schafsglocken mag und Grillenzirpen ist hier richtig. Der Steintisch im Garten war täglich unser Highlight.Leider waren die Zimmer sehr einfach und einige Schränke für die Bekleidung unzweckmäßig.
Unfortunately neither convenient for transport nor for shopping. But wonderfully quiet in the middle of the mountains. If you like sheep bells and the chirping of crickets, this is the place for you. The stone table in the garden was our highlight every day. Unfortunately, the rooms were very simple and some cupboards were unsuitable for clothing.

Für unseren Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen war die Finca sehr passend. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Manchmal besuchen einen die Schafe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Eins der Bäder ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien Ende Mai besucht und waren begeistert. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Umgebung ist natürlich und es liegt unweit vom Meer und der Stadt Pollenca - gerade weit genung um abseits der großen Hotelanlagen zu sein und dennoch schnell da zu sein. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, authentisch, gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail gemacht - vom offenen Kamin, über die vielen Körber, der gemauerte Grill, die vielen Keramikschalen, das Außenwohnzimmer und und und. Alles toll! DANKE
We visited the house with two families at the end of May and were thrilled. The complex is beautiful, the surroundings are natural and it is not far from the sea and the city of Pollenca - just far enough to be away from the large hotel complexes and still get there quickly. The house itself is beautiful, authentic, well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is made with attention to detail - from the open fireplace, to the many baskets, the brick grill, the many ceramic bowls, the outdoor living room and so on. Everything's great! THANKS

Owner Felippe introduced himself, helped us with some local area information, leaving us his number in case we needed anything before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. Views stunning , total privacy. Totally loved the place , and easy drive to nearby beaches, pollensa town and port pollensa. No air con did worry me a bit when booking , but was not a problem and there were moveable fans in each room. Pictures do not do not do this villa and location justice ..... just absolutely loved it !! Thank you

See more Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem besonderen Steinhaus. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Man hat das Gefühl, abgesehen von den Schafen, völlig alleine dort zu sein. Von den anderen Häusern welche ca 100m enfernt stehen bekommt man nichts mit. Wir wurden von dem Eigentümer ‚Filippe‘ herzlich begrüßt und haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Trotz, der Ruhe in den Bergen ist man in ca 7-10min in Pollenca und somit auch bei einem großen Supermarkt. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und mit Herz angelegt. Der Aussenbereich verfügt über einen tollen, sauberen und großem Pool, 8 Liegestühle und einer sonnengeschützter Loungeecke. Der riesige Steintisch draußen lädt zum Abendessen und langen Abenden ein. Der „Griller“ steht beim Stein-Grill In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Tisch & Pool und kann somit am Geschehen teilhaben.Der Grill eignet sich auch gut für ein kleines Feuer bei ein bisschen kälteren Sommernächten. Das Haus heizt über den Tag gut auf und in der Nacht unbedingt die Fenster aufmachen zum kühl durchlüften.Die Inneneinrichtung der Möbel ist in Ordnung, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist groß und lädt zum kochen ein.Der Kühlschrank verfügt über ein Eisfach mit 3 Schubladen.Auf dem großen Ceranfeld hat man genügend Platz um 5 Töpfe oder Pfannen gleichzeitig zu bedienen.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bis auf ein Handrührgerät haben wir alles nötige gefunden.Was man in den Schubladen nicht findet, ist bei der Treppe in einem kleinen Abstellraum zu finden. Über Küchenwaage, Messbecher, Auflaufform, Salatschüsseln/Schleuder alles da. Man sollte keine Essensreste rumliegen lassen, lieber kleine Tüten kaufen und alles verpacken. Im anderen Fall lernt man sonst die Ameisen Familie kennen.Aber wie gesagt, dass ist kein Problem solange man die Arbeitsfläche sauber hält und Lebensmittel sorgfältig verräumt. Schließlich sind wir hier auf dem Land & mitten in der Natur.Es gibt eine offene Garage für ein Auto, der Hof hat aber noch Platz für einige mehr.Wir hatten Boccia Kugeln dabei, der Boden vor dem Haus eignet sich bestens dafür.Ein weiterer Tisch mit Stühlen, sowie eine Steinbank lädt zum Verweilen vor dem Haus ein. 3 der 4 Bäder sind neu renoviert und schön gemacht, eins davon liegt im Außenbereich beim Pool und verfügt auch über eine Dusche.Somit muss man nicht nass durchs Haus laufen.Wir haben uns in diesem Haus super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Gerne kommen wir wieder!
We had a very nice week in this special stone house. The house is in the countryside with breathtaking mountain views. Apart from the sheep, you feel like you're completely alone there. You won't notice anything about the other houses, which are about 100m away. We were warmly welcomed by the owner 'Filippe' and given great tips about the area. Despite the peace and quiet in the mountains, you can reach Pollenca in about 7-10 minutes and therefore also reach a large supermarket. The outdoor area is beautiful and designed with heart. The outdoor area has a great, clean and large pool, 8 deck chairs and a sun-protected lounge area. The huge stone table outside is perfect for dinner and long evenings. The “griller” is located at the stone grill in close proximity to the table and pool and can therefore take part in the action. The grill is also suitable for a small fire on slightly colder summer nights. The house heats up well during the day and at night be sure to open the windows for cool air. The interior of the furniture is fine, you have everything you need. The kitchen is large and invites you to cook. The refrigerator has an ice compartment with 3 drawers. There is enough space on the large ceramic hob to use 5 pots or pans at the same time. The kitchen is very well equipped and we only have one hand mixer Everything you needed was found. What you can't find in the drawers can be found in a small storage room near the stairs. Everything is there via kitchen scales, measuring cups, casserole dish, salad bowls/spinning spinner. You shouldn't leave leftover food lying around, it's better to buy small bags and pack everything up. Otherwise, you will get to know the ant family. But as I said, that's not a problem as long as you keep the work surface clean and put away food carefully. After all, we are here in the country and in the middle of nature. There is an open garage for one car, but the yard still has space for a few more. We had boccia balls with us, the ground in front of the house is ideal for them. Another one A table with chairs and a stone bench invite you to linger in front of the house. 3 of the 4 bathrooms are newly renovated and nicely done, one of them is in the outdoor area by the pool and also has a shower. This means you don't have to walk through the house wet. We felt super comfortable in this house and had a great time! We'd love to come back!
See more Wir haben uns wegen der Lage und der Größe des Hauses für diese Finca entschieden. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig und ca. 750 m von der MA-2200 an einem Feldweg gelegen. Es kann aber sein, dass man durch leise blökende Schafe geweckt wird! Uns hatte es gefallen. Da wir uns hauptsächlich selbst versorgt haben , hat uns die sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung der Küche gefallen. Der kleine, etwas neuere Anbau gefiel durch ein schönes Bad und die Ausstattung. Die Betten in allen Räumen waren gut. Der große Pool war sauber, allerdings im März noch etwas zu kalt. Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Haupthaus konnte durch einen Kamin einigermaßen beheizt werden. In jedem Raum gab es darüber hinaus Radiatoren, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Der sehr freundliche Besitzer erlaubte uns frische Zitronen, Orangen und Mandarinen von einem der angrenzenden Felder zu pflücken, was wir auch mehrfach nutzten.Insgesamt eher 4,5 Punkte. Wir würden wiederkommen.
We chose this finca because of the location and the size of the house. The finca is very quiet and located about 750 m from the MA-2200 on a dirt road. However, you may be woken up by sheep bleating quietly! We liked it. Since we mainly catered for ourselves, we liked the very good and modern kitchen equipment. The small, somewhat newer extension appealed with its beautiful bathroom and furnishings. The beds in all rooms were good. The large pool was clean, but still a bit too cold in March. The main house, which was somewhat outdated, could be heated to some extent by a fireplace. There were also radiators in every room, but we didn't use them. The very friendly owner allowed us to pick fresh lemons, oranges and tangerines from one of the adjacent fields, which we used several times. Overall, more like 4.5 points. We would come back.

Großartige Lage, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. o.k., es gibt Ameisen, einmal lief eine Maus durchs Haus, aber das ist bei so einem alten Gemäuer hinnehmbar, unserer Meinung nach. Wer es modern, schick, glatt haben will, der sollte sich halt etwas anderes suchen.
Great location, very well equipped house. OK, there are ants, a mouse once ran through the house, but in our opinion that is acceptable with such old walls. If you want it to be modern, chic and sleek, you should look for something else.

A beautiful remote setting despite only being a 4 minute drive from Pollenca (8 euros in a taxi at night). We had mountain views on 3 sides plus a view of Puig de Maria - an ancient monastery on the hill by Pollenca. We were surrounded by orchards, goats and sheep - the only sound at night was crickets and tinkling goat bells. The finca is beautiful - huge rooms, a well equipped kitchen with all mod cons and a utility room. Including an outside bathroom there were 4 bathrooms/toilets which was fab. What we loved most of all was the outside space: two places to sit and eat, one under a giant sail and the other in a stone room with its front open - a wonderful cool space; seating area with wicker furniture and comfy cushions in a shady area by the pool and sunbeds by the pool; and the pool of course which was beautiful - it felt pretty big and was deep enough to jump and dive in plus it lit up in the evening. The whole finca was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. Wifi was great too. A cleaner came in twice a week and left it even more spotless. This is a beautiful area to stay in and the finca was perfect. We saw the owner a few times and he was incredibly helpful. It was fascinating to hear about how he'd renovated it himself. He's done a wonderful job. We hope to return - it comes very VERY highly recommended.
