Das Haus befindet sich in einem normalen/guten Zustand. Allerdings bedarf es an einigen Stellen an einer Modernisierung, wie z. B. Austausch der Duschköpfe (verstopft), einige Lampen/Birnen im innen und außen (Pool / Einfahrt) Bereich sind defekt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Darüber hinaus sind über das gesamte Grundstück sehr viele Schnecken - vor allem im Pool- sowie Eingangsbereich sind diese massenhaft verteilt. Die Lage ist ideale und Inca ist in fünf Minuten erreichbar - die nächst größere Stadt - und dort findet man div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte). Generell ist die Lage ideal/zentral für Tagesausflüge. Hervorheben kann man zudem noch den Check-in, der eigtl. für später geplant war, aber wir bereits früher in die Unterkunft konnten. Die Kommunikation war gut, sodass wir die Antworten auf unsere Fragen sehr schnell bekommen haben. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen, sollte aber an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden.
The house is in normal/good condition. However, some areas require modernization, such as: B. Replacing the shower heads (clogged), some lamps/bulbs in the inside and outside (pool/driveway) area are defective. The bed linen and towels need to be replaced. In addition, there are a lot of snails throughout the property - especially in the pool and entrance areas. The location is ideal and Inca can be reached in five minutes - the next larger city - and there you will find various shopping opportunities (supermarkets). In general the location is ideal/central for day trips. Another thing worth highlighting is the check-in, which was originally planned for later, but we were able to get into the accommodation earlier. Communication was good, so we received answers to our questions very quickly. Overall, we can recommend the accommodation, but it should be modernized in some places.
