Can Blaia is a stunning and spacious farmhouse tucked away in the countryside, ensuring complete privacy. It's just a short drive from the charming village of Santa Gertrudis. The house is an impressive 300 years old and sits on three hectares of gently rolling farmland with rich red soil that's filled with fruit trees.

What sets Can Blaia apart from most other houses on Ibiza is that the experience extends beyond the house and terraces. Take a morning stroll through the surrounding countryside to witness the island's natural beauty, with an abundance of lemon, orange, fig, and olive trees. The terrace and dining area are beautiful, and there's a separate covered BBQ area by the pool for outdoor meals. After a leisurely lunch, you can relax in the 12m x 5m pool or bask in the sun on the loungers and Bali bed.

Inside Can Blaia, you'll find six bedrooms – three doubles and three twins – along with a large pool and ample indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a tranquil oasis. The house has been lovingly renovated in a traditional style, while still offering modern amenities like air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet throughout, and an alarm system. Despite being in a peaceful setting, you're never too far from the action on Ibiza.

Can Blaia comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in its six well-sized bedrooms. The main house holds four bedrooms, each with its bathroom (two twins and two doubles), while the annex has two bedrooms (one twin with an en-suite and one double with its bathroom). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes for convenience.

The annex features a lovely kitchen and small living room, but the main living areas are located in the main house, including a spacious kitchen-dining area and a wide central living room that leads directly to the main outdoor terrace. Of course, during Ibiza's sunny summers, much of the living is done outside.

If you're in the mood for some city vibes, Ibiza town and marinas are only a 20-minute drive away, while the airport is just 28 minutes away. Beautiful beaches are also within easy reach – Benirras beach is only 15 minutes to the north, Talamanca beach is 20 minutes to the south, and Salinas beach is 30 minutes away.

The nearby village of Santa Gertrudis is worth exploring, with its delightful cafes and restaurants, ranging from local gems to more upscale options. The village also offers boutique shops, supermarkets, and newsagents.
