Charming and modern attached house in the coastal town of Sa Rapita, a few meters from the sea and the beach. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
In the property there are 2 terraces, 1 of 80m2 at the back and around the house (which is ideal for the little ones to play safely) and the 2nd one of 45m2 on the upper floor, which has access from 1 of the bedrooms. At the front is the 13,6m2 furnished porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your family and friends. The privacy of the property is partial and you have access to 1 outdoor parking space.
The property has a lounge with a wood burning cooker. This is the perfect place to relax watching TV, surfing the internet or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is located in the same area as the lounge and here you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your loved ones. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room; in it you have access to everything you need to give free rein to your imagination to prepare your best dishes, including a gas cooker. The laundry area is independent and has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed and another one with 2 single beds; all of them have wardrobes and there is a cot in case you need it. In this property you have access to 2 complete bathrooms with shower. This wonderful house has 2 floors and the privacy is partial.
Sa Ràpita is located in a coastal area of singular beauty. In this area you can find some of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca such as: Es Trenc, Platja de Ses Covetes and Platja de Sa Ràpita. Sa Ràpita belongs to the municipality of Campos and is 37km from Palma airport. There is a marina with modern facilities and from its bar-restaurant, which is right on the beach, you can contemplate the beautiful coastline. You can also enjoy a wide range of services but, if you wish, you can travel to Palma, the capital of the island, where you can find a wide range of tourist, cultural and shopping facilities.

Es war alles bestens! Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage!Eventuell um diese Jahreszeit Holz für den Kamin bereitstellen - da die Aussentemperatur einmal kühl war, war es auch im Haus etwas kühl.
Everything was great! Very well maintained and clean accommodation in a great location! Possibly provide wood for the fireplace at this time of year - since the outside temperature was once cool, it was also a bit cool in the house.

Everything was as declared and questions by mail where answered within a few hours and sometimes in minutes. No complaints there. Because of delay whit our airplane they also gave a number to call after opening hours if there would be further delay (luckily not necessary ?). Allround good service for us.

Die moderne Doppelhaushälfte liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß von Meer, Restaurants, Bäckerei und zwei kleinen Supermärkten entfernt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Sa Rapita. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat eine große Sonnenterrasse im ersten Stock (mit etwas Meerblick) und einen großen Hof mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus. Einen Abstellplatz für das Auto gibt es auch. Haus und Einrichtung waren in einem Top-Zustand, alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die große Küche war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
The modern semi-detached house is located a few minutes walk from the sea, restaurants, bakery and two small supermarkets in a quiet residential area in Sa Rapita. The house is very spacious, has a large sun terrace on the first floor (with some sea views) and a large yard with various seating areas around the house. There is also a parking space for the car. The house and furnishings were in top condition, everything was very well maintained and clean. The large kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. We would definitely book again.
