Welcome to this fantastic two-storey house located only 350 metres away from the beach in Can Picafort and perfect for 9 people to spend their summer vacation.
A magnificent terrace awaits you at the front of this coastal urbanisation house, where you can enjoy a good coffee, orange juice or a delicious bowl of cereal before setting off for your day at the beach. When you return, you can enjoy a tasty meal under the umbrella or an alfresco dinner in the gentle sea breeze.
Inside, you will find a large living-dining room, traditional in style but very comfortable, with two comfortable sofas for watching satellite TV or chatting together. Please note that the fireplace is decorative. Then there is a large kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, long worktops and a table and chairs if you find it more convenient to eat here. Behind the kitchen door is the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and the stairs to the upper floor. To rest, there are five bedrooms, four of them with wardrobes. Downstairs there are two of them with two single beds and a fan, as well as a bathroom with bathtub that serves the floor. Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a second living room with air conditioning.
The surroundings are very familiar as the area of Can Picafort is characterised for being a quiet but very lively place due to its great variety of shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours by the sea and its long promenade next to the beach, which is only 350 m away. Its kilometres of fine sand and calm, crystal-clear waters invite you to take a dip and enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and jet skiing. And if you like golf, the nearest golf course is only 14 km away, the Alcanada golf club.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Abgesehen von 1-2 Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Pablo war sehr entgegenkommend und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da man einen schönen Strand innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Restaurants, jedoch ist es eine familiäre Gegend und man sollte beachten, dass die Läden um spätestens 12 Uhr schließen. Aber wenn man abends ausgehen bzw. feiern gehen möchte, kann man nach Alcudia (gute Busverbindung). Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt ziemlich zufrieden und können es mit einem guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
The stay was very nice. Apart from 1-2 little things we were very satisfied. Pablo was very accommodating and responded to our wishes. The location is excellent as you can reach a beautiful beach within 5 minutes on foot. There are also many shopping opportunities and nice restaurants nearby, but it is a family area and you should note that the shops close at 12 p.m. at the latest. But if you want to go out or party in the evening, you can go to Alcudia (good bus connection). All in all, we were pretty satisfied with our stay and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Alojamiento acorde a edscripción, ene general limieza correcta. Utensilios de cocina, sábanas y toallas correctas. Mejorable podría haber aceite y sal para cocinar. Fuimos en mayo, poco turismo, zona tranquila pero con mucha oferta de locales (imagino que en verano debe ser demasiado "guiri"). Poca intimidad en la terraza pero muy agradable, amplia y mesa grande para hacer las comidas allí. Mucho espacio. Te hacen pagar la tasa turística allí en efectivo, cosa que no especificaban en el precio de la web.

We went in May, little tourism, quiet area but with a lot of local options (I imagine that in summer it must be too "guiri"). Little privacy on the terrace but very pleasant, spacious and large table to have meals there. Lots of space. They make you pay the tourist tax there in cash, something that was not specified in the price on the website.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es grande y la parte de arriba con aire acondicionado que para noches de calor te salva. La casa está a escasos 5 minutos de la playa andando. Lo único que el microondas no iba.
We have been very comfortable. The house is large and the upstairs has air conditioning that saves you on hot nights. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The only thing that the microwave didn't work.
See more La casa es grande, da a dos calles. Tiene dos plantas 5 dormitorios. Dos dobles planta baja y tres planta arriba. Dos baños completos y un aseo. Cocina grande, terraza. Y parte trasera un parking, donde también se puede comer o cenar ventilador gigante y mesa grande. El único pero es q solo hay aire acondicionado en la primera planta. Y en agosto dormir en planta baja puede ser difícil. Zona con muchas tiendas y supermercados. Playa a 5 minutos. El anfitrión muy atento y te ayuda en lo necesario.
The house is large, facing two streets. It has two floors with 5 bedrooms. Two doubles on the ground floor and three on the upper floor. Two full bathrooms and a toilet. Large kitchen, terrace. And at the back is a parking lot, where you can also have lunch or dinner with a giant fan and a large table. The only drawback is that there is only air conditioning on the first floor. And in August sleeping on the ground floor can be difficult. Area with many shops and supermarkets. Beach 5 minutes away. The host is very attentive and helps you with whatever you need.
