In the lovely village of Maria de la Salut, this beautiful and modern house is willing to make the stay for 2 guests great.
This house has been completely restores in a quite modern style. It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. It invites to have dinner at night under the starry sky together with a good bottle of wine and lie down at the chill out area while having fun with your loved ones till late. Despite this is a town house, privacy is total because there are not direct neighbours; just an old factory of natural products currently closed.

Behind a large sliding glass door you will access the kitchen directly, the dream of every amateur cook. It has a ceramic hob, air-conditioning, and space to sit and have an appetiser while cooking your best recipes. The living room, also with AC, which opens to the dining table, comes with a comfortable chaise longue sofa to watch an interesting film on the satellite TV or read for a while, if you find some interesting book on the shelf. The bedroom has a double bed, closet and space for a cot and a high chair and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is a second shower bathroom, where you will also find the washer and the dryer as well as the iron and the ironing board, located outside. We can provide a fan and toe radiators, in case need them.

María de la Salut, located in the area of el Pla de Mallorca, is a quiet little village with all types of restaurants and also some grocery shops. The landscape turns green and flowery in Spring. Every Wednesday, the most ancient and traditional street market in the island takes place in Sineu, and you are invited to visit it. A car is necessary, specially if you want to visit our dreamy beaches like the large sandy beach with crystalline waters of Can Picafort or Playas de Muro.

At the turn of the street, there is a garage with capacity for 2 cars.

Apartment itself is worth 5 stars , but location is remote, you need a car and there is not much life in the village, you barely see people on the streets.

Hervorragende moderne, sehr großzügige Unterkunft. Wir sind gar nicht mehr aus dem Staunen herausgekommen nach unserer Ankunft. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die top ausgestattete Küche und Grillmöglichkeit im privaten Innenhof mit Doppelgarage für den Mietwagen. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Betten und Couch sind gemütlich. Der Fernseher hat auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme für das entspannte Ausklingen lassen am Abend. Etwas abgeschiedene Lage in Maria de Salut. Im Dorf selber ist nicht viel los. Für uns war es aber der perfekte Ausgangspunkt mit dem Mietwagen für verschiedenen Wanderungen überall über die Insel verteilt. Wir würden jederzeitig wieder buchen.

Excellent modern, very spacious accommodation. We couldn't help but be amazed after our arrival. We also really liked the well-equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities in the private courtyard with a double garage for the rental car. The apartment was impeccably clean. We immediately felt comfortable. Beds and couch are comfortable. The television also has German television programs for a relaxing end to the evening. Slightly secluded location in Maria de Salut. There isn't much going on in the village itself. For us it was the perfect starting point with a rental car for various hikes all over the island. We would book again at any time.

Logement propre et confortable, aménagé avec goût. De belles plantes sur une jolie terrasse. Maison très bien équipée, avec des équipements de qualité (Wi-Fi, TV, enceinte Bluetooth, four, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche-linge...) Le garage et la buanderie sont très appréciables. Bien situé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. L' agence Homerti a été réactive pour solutionner notre problème.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, tastefully furnished. Beautiful plants on a pretty terrace. Very well equipped house, with quality equipment (Wi-Fi, TV, Bluetooth speaker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.) The garage and laundry room are very nice. Well located for visiting the whole island. The Homerti agency was responsive in resolving our problem.

Literie de qualité et grands rangements dans la chambre ; très grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche ; spacieux séjour avec climatisation réversible ; wifi performant ; immense cuisine moderne très bien équipée ; cour intérieure avec salon d'extérieur, parasol et table ; garage avec portail électrique ; buanderie avec lave-linge, sèche-linge et fer à repasser. La boite à clé permet d'arriver et de partir quand on veut. Les informations données par l'agence de location sont très complètes et l'agence est joignable facilement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la corbeille de fruits et la bouteille de vin offertes à notre arrivée. Notre séjour de 5 jours a été particulièrement agréable.

Quality bedding and ample storage in the bedroom; very large bathroom with bathtub and shower; spacious living room with reversible air conditioning; efficient wifi; huge modern kitchen, very well equipped; interior courtyard with outdoor lounge, parasol and table; garage with electric gate; laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The key box allows you to arrive and leave whenever you want. The information given by the rental agency is very complete and the agency is easily reachable. We really appreciated the fruit basket and the bottle of wine offered upon our arrival. Our 5-day stay was particularly pleasant.

Perfect, quiet and peaceful place. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. The terrace, especially in the evenings when the lights are turned on, makes a spectacular impression. We had an amazing time and this place exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation there. We highly recommend it.

Le logement était au dessus de nos attentes. Très propres, très bien équipé, des petites attentions à l’arrivée (bouteille de vin, panier de fruits frais…), le linge impeccable, une tressasse très grande et sans vis à vis, maison comme neuve. Le garage est très pratique avec un barbecue à disposition. Très bien situé si vous avez une voiture et que vous voulez découvrir toute l’île. Si nous devons revenir à palma ça sera ici c’est sur.

Très bon séjour à Majorque. Pour l'arrivée, les coordonnées GPS nous ont amené juste devant. Nous avons eu du mal à ouvrir la boîte à clefs mais la réactivité téléphonique a été super. Nous avons eu un soucis avec un volet roulant à notre arrivée et idem, réactivité au top. Le logement est au calme, très propre, très spacieux. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée : bouteille de vin, panière de fruits, petit mot de bienvenue. Je rejoins les autres commentaires sur le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'y manger tous les jours. Logement bien situé au milieu de l'île ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre dans les 4 coins en 1h de voiture. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour au calme loin de la ville.

Very good stay in Mallorca. For the finish, the GPS coordinates brought us right in front. We had difficulty opening the key box but the telephone response was great. We had a problem with a roller shutter when we arrived and the same, top notch responsiveness. The accommodation is quiet, very clean, very spacious. Little touches upon our arrival: bottle of wine, basket of fruit, little welcome note. I agree with the other comments about the lack of utensils in the kitchen but that did not stop us from eating there every day. Accommodation well located in the middle of the island which allowed us to reach the 4 corners in 1 hour by car. I recommend this accommodation for a quiet stay away from the city.

l'appartement est grand, spacieux et confortable...voir même trop grand juste pour 2. l équipement de la cuisine est par contre trop léger. un lave vaisselle mais la vaisselle est trop peu nombreuse pour le remplir. aucun nécessaire de cuisine, sel poivre huile d olive, café, sucre, éponge.... pas de bol à déjeuner.... habitué de rbnb, c est la première fois qu un appart est aussi pauvrement équipé. position, par contre très central pour visiter l'île. maria de la salut est parfait pour ça.... on en gardera quand même un bon souvenir.

Die Wohnung war toll, wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bett war super bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Haben die liebevoll gestaltete Terrasse mit viel Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Auch die eigene Garage fanden wir sehr praktisch! Die große, moderne Küche lädt zum Kochen mit frischen Produkten vom Markt ein. Dort hätten wir uns allerdings eine bessere Ausstattung gewünscht. Es gibt wenig Tassen und Frühstücksteller, leider gar keine Schüsseln, keinen Brotkorb, keinen Rührlöffel und keine große Pfanne. Auch kenne ich von anderen Wohnungen, dass zumindest Salz,Pfeffer und Öl vorhanden sind- das war hier nicht der Fall. Der Ort liegt super zentral und man kann von dort jeden Ort der Insel in maximal einer Stunde erreichen. Ist also bestens geeignet um das ländliche Mallorca kennenzulernen, aber auch um Ausflüge an die Strände an Nord- und Ostküste zu unternehmen, die traumhafte Westküste zu besuchen oder die schöne Inselhauptstadt kennenzulernen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment was great, we almost felt at home. Bed was super comfortable and we could sleep well. We really enjoyed the lovingly designed terrace with lots of privacy. We also found our own garage very practical! The large, modern kitchen invites you to cook with fresh products from the market. However, we would have liked better facilities there. There are few cups and breakfast plates, unfortunately no bowls at all, no bread basket, no mixing spoon and no large pan. I also know from other apartments that at least salt, pepper and oil are available - that wasn't the case here. The place is super central and you can reach anywhere on the island in a maximum of an hour. It is ideal for getting to know rural Mallorca, but also for taking trips to the beaches on the north and east coasts, visiting the beautiful west coast or getting to know the beautiful island capital. We'd love to come back!

Aunque llegar al pueblo es un poco difícil y las calles son estrechas, es muy tranquilo y hay mucho aparcamiento en la calle (aparte del propio garaje de la propiedad). En alrededor de 1 hora máximo se puede llegar a cualquier punto de la isla. Se echa de menos algún utensilio de limpieza para mantener limpio el apartamento y fregar los platos.

Although getting to the town is a bit difficult and the streets are narrow, it is very quiet and there is plenty of street parking (apart from the property's own garage). In around 1 hour maximum you can reach any point on the island. You miss some cleaning utensils to keep the apartment clean and wash the dishes.

Nous avons apprécié le quartier de maria de la salut, ville tranquille mais en même temps une vie de quartier. Lorsque nous étions présents des soirées étaient organisés le soir sur la place de la ville, je recommande le restaurant Ca’s xigaler !!

Happy holidays spent in the accommodation, well decorated and easy to access. Ideal for a couple. We enjoyed the Maria de la Salut district, a quiet town but at the same time a neighborhood life. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette magnifique maison majorquine ! Très bonnes indications pour organiser l'arrivée et trouver le lieu de location. Le logement est tout équipé, lumineux, décoré avec goût, très propre. La terrasse est très agréable. Panier de fruits frais et bouteille d'un vin local en cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciés. Idéal pour un pied à terre au vert et au calme. La localisation est parfaite pour partir à la découverte de l'île en voiture. Bonne communication et réactivité de l'agence Homerti en cas de besoin / question. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse ! Merci pour tout :-)

We had a superb stay in this magnificent Majorcan house! Very good directions for organizing arrival and finding the rental location. The accommodation is fully equipped, bright, tastefully decorated, very clean. The terrace is very pleasant. Basket of fresh fruit and bottle of local wine as welcome gifts. Ideal for a peaceful, green base. The location is perfect for exploring the island by car. Good communication and responsiveness of the Homerti agency in case of need/question. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Hinterhof ist sehr liebevoll und schön gestaltet. Die Küche ist sehr groß, was super war zum Kochen. Außerdem ist es wahnsinnig praktisch, dass man das Auto oben im Hinterhof in der Garage parken kann.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden!Zur Begrüßung gab es einen prall gefüllten Obstkorb und eine Flasche Rotwein.Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe war durch eine schlüsselbox an der Haustür sehr gut gelöst.Man braucht ein Auto, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber das war kein Problem.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We were more than satisfied! We were greeted with a full fruit basket and a bottle of red wine. The entire apartment was very well maintained, modern and lovingly furnished. The key handover was very easy with a key box at the front door. You need a car to explore the island but that wasn't a problem. We would love to come back!

La casa superó nuestras expectativas: está muy cuidada, limpia, equipada y es sumamente espaciosa. Si buscas un alojamiento con todas las comodidades y en un entorno tranquilo, es una opción para estupenda. Nos recibieron con el aire acondicionado puesto, una botella de vino y una bandeja de fruta. La gente de María es un encanto, así como también los familiares del propietario, que viven cerca y fueron muy hospitalarios.

The house exceeded our expectations: it is very well maintained, clean, equipped and extremely spacious. If you are looking for accommodation with all the comforts and in a quiet environment, it is a great option. They welcomed us with the air conditioning on, a bottle of wine and a tray of fruit. María's people are lovely, as well as the owner's relatives, who live nearby and were very hospitable.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, es ist sehr sauber und alles ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und auf der Terasse kann man herrlich relaxen. Maria de la Salud ist noch sehr ursprünglich was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Einige Cafes und Restaurants befinden sich am Marktplatz in denen man mallorquinische Küche genießen kann. Auch kleine Supermärkte sind vor Ort. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

The apartment is very nice, it is very clean and everything is there. The rooms are very spacious and you can relax wonderfully on the terrace. Maria de la Salud is still very original, which we really liked. There are some cafes and restaurants on the market square where you can enjoy Mallorcan cuisine. There are also small supermarkets on site. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely come back.

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento in quanto la sua posizione centrale sull’isola ci permetteva di raggiungere tutte le spiagge. Senza dubbi è l’appartamento più bello in cui abbiamo soggiornato per le ferie. I locali sono nuovi, ampi, puliti, moderni con tutte le comodità ( condizionatori, lavastoviglie, lavatrice ed asciugatrice, box interno con portone elettrico ). C’è un cortile esterno, ma riparato, che garantisce privacy. Vicino abitano i proprietari, molto gentili, ci hanno regalato vino locale e frutta. L’appartamento si trova in un piccolo paesino ma fornito, ci sono quattro ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, un bar e un supermercato. Beh che dire è stata una piacevole scoperta, se volete passare una vacanza stupenda questa è la casa da affittare!!!

We chose this apartment as its central location on the island allowed us to reach all the beaches. Without a doubt it is the most beautiful apartment we have stayed in for the holidays. The rooms are new, large, clean, modern with all comforts (air conditioners, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, internal garage with electric door). There is an external but sheltered courtyard which guarantees privacy. The owners live nearby, very kind, they gave us local wine and fruit. The apartment is located in a small but well-stocked village, there are four restaurants within walking distance, a bar and a supermarket. Well what can I say, it was a pleasant discovery, if you want to have a wonderful holiday this is the house to rent!!!

Casa Holganza es un destino idílico para unas vacaciones tranquilas y placenteras en el corazón de Mallorca. Tienes playas fantásticas muy cerca, donde lidiar con la vorágine de turistas que asola la isla en verano, pero al final del día puedes volver a este oasis de paz y tranquilidad. Desde el primer minuto nos hemos sentido acogidos y como en casa. Homerti es una gestora eficiente, sin más, pero el propietario de la finca, es una persona adorable que ha resultado un facilitador indispensable para resolver los pequeños contratiempos que de vez en cuando te toca afrontar. Gracias!!

Casa Holganza is an idyllic destination for a quiet and pleasant holiday in the heart of Mallorca. You have fantastic beaches very close, where you can deal with the maelstrom of tourists that devastates the island in summer, but at the end of the day you can return to this oasis of peace and tranquility. From the first minute we have felt welcomed and at home. Homerti is an efficient manager, nothing more, but the owner of the property is a lovely person who has proven to be an indispensable facilitator in solving the small setbacks that you have to face from time to time. Thank you!!

Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ziemlich genau beschrieben. Wir waren zufrieden.
