Check-in war bequem von zuhause aus möglich. Die Beschreibung um an den Schlüssel zu kommen war verständlich und mit Bildern. Das Gelände ist wunderschön. Wir konnten sogar von der Terrasse aus das Meer sehen. Abends ist bei klarer Nacht der Sternenhimmel gut zu sehen. Die Lage hat uns positiv überrascht. Zur kleinen Bucht sind es tatsächlich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der große Strand (mit Lifeguards) ist etwas über 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. An diesem gibt es auch einen relativ günstigen Souvenir-Shop und zwei Restaurants. Wir hatten uns ein Auto gemietet, aber nicht weit entfernt fährt auch ein Bus. Mit dem Auto ist man in kurzer Zeit am Hafen von Porto Petro. Nach Santanyi fährt man etwa 20 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Check-in was possible from the comfort of your own home. The description to get the key was understandable and with pictures. The grounds are beautiful. We could even see the sea from the terrace. In the evening, on a clear night, the starry sky can be clearly seen. The location surprised us positively. It's actually only a 5 minute walk to the small bay. The large beach (with lifeguards) is just over 10 minutes walk away. There is also a relatively inexpensive souvenir shop and two restaurants. We rented a car, but there is also a bus not far away. By car you can reach the port of Porto Petro in a short time. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Santanyi. We would come back at any time.

La maison est une vraie maison de vacances. Idéalement située pour ceux qui recherchent du calme, loin de l’urbanisation, au sein du parc naturel. Première belle petite calanque à 5 min de marche. La plus grande (Montdrago) est à 10 min. La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a même une douche d’extérieur, un barbecue, un fil pour étendre le linge de plage, une machine à laver le linge à l’extérieur également. Le coin repas extérieur est super sous la pergola fleurie. L’environnement (anciens terrains agricoles bordes de murets de pierre) ajoute s’éteindre et beauté au site, surtout au coucher du soleil. Une super location!Réservation gérée par Homerti, avec enregistrement de tous les locataires et de leur passeports + photos fastidieux. Mais aide du personnel d’Homerti a été la bienvenue. Concernant le logement, rien. Cependant, il doit y faire très chaud en plein été car pas de climatisation. Fin septembre (la période où nous y sommes allés), c’était parfait!
The house is a real vacation home. Ideally located for those looking for peace and quiet, far from urbanization, within the natural park. First beautiful little cove 5 minutes walk away. The largest (Montdrago) is 10 minutes away. The house has all the necessary equipment. There is even an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a line for hanging beach clothes, and a washing machine outside as well. The outdoor dining area is great under the flowered pergola. The environment (former agricultural land bordered by stone walls) adds extinction and beauty to the site, especially at sunset. A great rental! Reservation managed by Homerti, with registration of all tenants and their passports + tedious photos. But help from Homerti staff was welcome. Regarding accommodation, nothing. However, it must be very hot there in the middle of summer because there is no air conditioning. End of September (the time we went), it was perfect!

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) waren sehr begeistert von der tollen Unterkunft. Super ausgestattet, alles sauber und ordentlich. Toll ist auch die Lage: abgelegen und doch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu unserem Lieblingsstand, dem Cala Montrago und S’Amarador. Genau so haben wir es uns vorgestellt. Perfekt! Sehr empfehlenswert!
We (4 adults, 2 children) were very enthusiastic about the great accommodation. Super equipped, everything clean and tidy. The location is also great: secluded and yet only a few minutes walk to our favorite beach, Cala Montrago and S’Amarador. That's exactly how we imagined it. Perfect! Highly recommended!

The house was georgeous and especially the terrace with the bbq and the sunbeds☀️ we were completly happy here! I would reccomend a car though, as the house is a bit far from any supermarkets and Co. Wunderschönes Haus, inmitten einer wunderschönen mallorquinischen Landschaft. Zwei Strände sind unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen, man hat einen Blick auf die Felder und das Naturschutzgebiet. Für uns war es wirklich ein Traum. Auch bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt! Sämtliche Kochutensilien waren vorhanden und auch die Betten waren bequem. Nicht zuletzt waren die Haus Eigentümer auch sehr sehr freundlich!
Beautiful house in the middle of a beautiful Mallorcan landscape. Two beaches are within walking distance and you have a view of the fields and the nature reserve. For us it was really a dream. Nothing was missing when it came to equipment either! All cooking utensils were available and the beds were comfortable. Last but not least, the house owners were also very, very friendly!

Very lovely, secluded finca close to the ocean - totally recommend! We stayed for one week in July and could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday. The beach is five minutes down the road and the house itself impressed us with a large tree garden and a huge veranda were we barbecued every night. Before arrival, I was a bit concerned about the house not having Air Conditioning. However, there is a soft wind during the night and in the morning so you don‘t really need one. And there are fans in every room. There is no pool, but absolutely no need for one, since the dreamy beach with its turqoise blue water and white sand is so close. We loved it and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in a traditional finca.

Die Finca befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage.Man hat einen traumhaften Garten und sieht und hört das Meer. Es gibt keine Nachbarn und der Weg zur schönsten Bucht ist sehr kurz. Die Finca hat einen großartigen Charme ist allerdings sehr einfach ausgestattet. Trotzdem kann man sehr gut den ganzen Tag im Garten verbringen und aufs offene Feld blicken. Es ist wirklich ein sehr authentischer Ort fernab von Tourismus, aber dennoch mit einer sehr guten Infrastruktur.
The finca is in a wonderful location. You have a fantastic garden and you can see and hear the sea. There are no neighbors and the path to the most beautiful bay is very short. The finca has great charm but is very simply furnished. Nevertheless, you can easily spend the whole day in the garden and look out over the open fields. It is really a very authentic place, far away from tourism, but still with a very good infrastructure.
