This is a wonderful house just by the sea with an amazing viewpoint to Pollença Bay. The house is surrounded by the sea in both sides. It can accommodate 4 people.
The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. In fact, the terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca.

The house consists of a suitably furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook the dishes you want most. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower on the first floor. The house has three electric radiators, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining room. In the bathrooms you will find a radiator. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall. This is a perfect place to visit the north of Mallorca, as you will find gorgeous sites nearby: Formentor and the surrounding coves, Alcudia beach and the charming towns of Pollença and Alcudia.

Please be quiet and respect the hours of rest as this is a residential area. Do not disturb after midnight.

Die Unterkunft war super. Hatten wirklich alles was nötig ist und die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende einmalig. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Breathtaking views and beautifully located at the waters edge. The house was spotless and a great setup. We would definitely return. Feedback, which I really hope you take onboard for returning families: the damp smell from downstairs. No aircon which we knew about but lack of fans made it unbearable at times as we slept with the windows open and were kept up all night every night by busy mosquitoes. We were grumpy and tired each day. You also have an ant issue, in the kitchen and in the twin bedroom as there were ants on the bed every night. Some basic cleaning products will also help - dish liquid and a sponge. The feedback is not intended to be negative as we had a fantastic time overall.

die Lage perfekt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, das man nicht direkt von der einzigartigen Terrasse ins Meer springen kann ist alles. Ob morgens beim Frühstück oder abends beim Sonnenuntergang die Terrasseist ein Traum mit einer einzigartigen wunderschönen Aussicht.

the location perfect. The house is right by the sea, the fact that you can't jump into the sea directly from the unique terrace is all. Whether in the morning at breakfast or in the evening at sunset, the terrace is a dream with a unique, beautiful view.

Wir waren letztes Jahr und dieses Jahr insgesamt für 6 Wochen Gäste in diesem unvergleichlichen Kleinod. Vieles an Vorteilen kann man weder auf den Fotos erkennen oder sonst verbal beschreiben. Um es kurz zu machen, WIRKLICH einmalige Traumlage, von DREI Seiten vom Meer umgeben, absolute Ruhe, nur sehr freundliche, einheimische Dauermieter oder Selbstnutzer als Nachbarn. Direkt von der Terrasse ins Meer baden gehen, meistens ganz allein oder allenfalls mal mit 2 bis 3 netten "Mitschwimmern". Und der Ortsmittelpunkt ist vom Standort "El Bacares" (ca. 1.000 m entfernt) eine sehr gepflepte mittelalterliche Festungsanlage mit Restaurants und Boutiquen deutlich oberhalb des üblichen Touristenangebotes wie im 3 km entfernten Alcudia. Einziger (kleiner) Kritikpunkt: Bei dem Preisniveau wünscht man sich etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail, d.h. einige Teile sind nicht wirklich gepflegt, zB. die Küchenausstattung, insbesndere die Spülmaschine könnte mal erneuert werden. Das Zimmer im Souterrain (von uns zum Glück nicht benutzt) ist unbewohnbar. Auf der Dachterrasse sind leider keinerlei Möbel (weder Liegestühle noch ein Tisch) vorhanden, obwohl diese ideal für Abendstunden nutzbar wäre, schade eigentlich. Aber wie gesagt, Jammern auf hohem Niveau, so dass wir vermutlich nächstes Jahr trotzdem wieder hinfahren (erst recht, wenn die vorgenannten Kritikpunkte bis dahin behoben sind)

We were guests in this incomparable gem for a total of 6 weeks last year and this year. Many of the advantages cannot be seen in the photos or described verbally. To put it briefly, REALLY unique dream location, surrounded by the sea on THREE sides, absolute peace, only very friendly, local long-term tenants or owner-occupiers as neighbors. Go swimming in the sea directly from the terrace, usually all alone or sometimes with 2 or 3 friendly “fellow swimmers”. And the center of the town at "El Bacares" (approx. 1,000 m away) is a very well-kept medieval fortress with restaurants and boutiques well above the usual tourist offerings such as in Alcudia, 3 km away. The only (small) point of criticism: Given the price level, you would like a little more attention to detail, i.e. some parts are not really well cared for, e.g. The kitchen equipment, especially the dishwasher, could be replaced. The room in the basement (luckily not used by us) is uninhabitable. Unfortunately there is no furniture on the roof terrace (neither deck chairs nor a table), although it would be ideal for use in the evenings, which is a shame. But as I said, complaining at a high level, so we'll probably go back next year anyway (especially if the aforementioned criticisms have been resolved by then)

Das Haus war ein Traum. Sehr geräumig, einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Schade war nur, dass wir den Vermieter nicht kennen gelernt haben, auch war niemenad da zur Abnahme des Hauses.

The house was a dream. Very spacious, wonderful sea views. We felt very comfortable and will come back. It was just a shame that we didn't get to know the landlord, and nobody was there to inspect the house.
