Welcome to this fantastic apartment located 20 meters from the sea of Es Barcarés, in the north of Alcudia. It has capacity for 3 guests.
Located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, on a pedestrian street and with sea views, the apartment boasts a great porch surrounded by beautiful Mallorcan stone where you can enjoy a great breakfast or a delicious meal alfresco feeling the sea breeze after a long day at the rocky beach only a few steps away. When coming back, you have an exterior shower in case you want to wash off the salt before entering the house.
Inside, you find a great living room with AC where you can relax on the sofa watching the Smart-TV or listening to a CD; a spacious dining kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave and much more; an independent laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board; a bathroom with a shower; and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, closet and space for a baby cot and a high chair and the other with a single bed and a dresser for the clothes.
Es Barcarés is a quiet summer location belonging to Alcudia, where despite of the little services, it still is a privileged area thanks to the rocky and sandy beach of Morer Vermell nearby and the only restaurant of this urbanisation next to. Other paradisaical sandy coves like Sant Joan and Mal Pas also are very near. Regarding the services, Alcudia offers all kind of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and amazing places like its medieval wall or the traditional flea market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. You can enjoy an excursion to sa Talaia de Alcudia, a not very high peak where you can admire a spectacular view of the bay.

3 guests reviewed this property. L'emplacement est idéal : la mer à 20m ! Pour les apéros au coucher de soleil c'est top ! Alcudia est magnfique et la petite baie Es Bascares très tranquille ( peu de touristes...) avec une jolie plage à 5mn à pied. Très très bien situé pour visiter l'île en toute tranquilité! On a adoré ce petit coin !!!
The location is ideal: the sea 20m away! For aperitifs at sunset it’s great! Alcudia is magnificent and the small bay Es Bascares is very quiet (few tourists...) with a pretty beach 5 minutes away on foot. Very very well located to visit the island in complete tranquility! We loved this little corner!!!
See more Appartement situé en rez-de-chaussée mais assez calme car dans une petite rue tranquille et avec une petite cour couverte. La literie de la chambre était assez moyenne mais sinon l'appart est nickel et bien équipé avec en plus de nombreux cd et vinyles, parfait pour deux personnes et un bébé. La mer est à 20 mètres ainsi qu'un petit bar, idéal pour boire una cerveza avec une jolie vue. On peut se promener dans le coin tranquillement et d'autres plages sont à 10-15 min en voiture. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans cette partie de l'ile.
Apartment located on the ground floor but quite quiet as it is in a quiet little street and with a small covered courtyard. The bedding in the room was quite average but otherwise the apartment is perfect and well equipped with many CDs and vinyls, perfect for two people and a baby. The sea is 20 meters away as well as a small bar, ideal for drinking a cerveza with a nice view. You can walk around the area peacefully and other beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car. The location is ideal for exploring this part of the island.
