Welcome to this lovely apartment located by the sea, with a shared pool and capacity for 4 guests
The exterior of the residential complex offers access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. It measures 33 m x 16 m and has a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 2 m. There is also a second smaller pool measuring 10 m x 5 m, with a depth between 0.90 m and 1.20 m, ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed swim. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a lift and features a balcony, perfect for having breakfast with sea views.

The interior is laid out on a single floor, and the living-dining room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen offers all the necessary utensils so you can cook just like at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a trundle bed with two single beds. Both have wardrobes and fans for the warmer days. A bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. In addition, there is a radiator and, if you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

It is located right in front of Valdelagrana Beach, a wide and lively beach perfect for enjoying the sun, taking a swim or going for a walk while watching the sunset. Along the promenade, you will find bars and restaurants with terraces where you can relax by the sea. Just 10 minutes by car away is El Puerto de Santa María, where you can discover the charm of this typical Andalusian town, known for its gastronomy, its wine cellars and its cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to its excellent location, it is easy to explore the rest of the Bay of Cádiz, with train and boat connections to places such as Cádiz city or Rota.

The pool is available from June to September and is open from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. You will find more information on the notice board of the residential complex.
