With a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors, this fantastic house for 2 people is only a few steps away from the centre of Inca.
This is a great town house, located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, then becoming a family, quiet and close corner to make your dreams come true in the island. The terrace is beautiful because it has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The combination of the stone walls with the lively colours, the trees, the two sun loungers to enjoy a while under the sun, the built-in bench to enjoy a good reading and, the best of it all, the barbecue for the true professional chefs of meals alfresco. You can cook and enjoy the delicious recipes under the cosy little porch.
Inside, there is an inviting living room with a sofa, two armchairs and air-conditioning, which is the perfect corner to watch the satellite TV, read one of the books of the house, or simply rest. The living area is open to the dining which is equipped with a table with chairs and leads, on the one hand, to the terrace and on the other to the kitchen. This one offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and much more, so you can cook as if you were at home. There is one bedroom to rest in the house, and it features a double bed, a wardrobe, a fan and space to prepare a cot if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation.
The house is about 200 metres from the centre of this lovely and fascinating city, so you can take a a wonderful walk through the charming streets full of all kinds of shops: fashion, food, shoes, bars, cafes and specially Mallorcan restaurants where you can try our best dishes. The street market takes place on Thursday morning from 7 centuries ago. If you feel like, you can enjoy the town night life where you will find some bars and pubs to have a drink. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is the paradisaical and extensive beach of Puerto de Alcudia, about 25 km away. But there are many other beaches like Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or the ones near Palma in the opposite direction.

There was no problem. Everything went as I was told.
The apartment is very comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood, and there is a grocery store just around the corner. The kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher, the laundry room is separate. What I liked most was the beautiful inner courtyard with a lemon tree and many plants. One of the nicer accommodations I've had.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Reibungslose Abwicklung. Unser Flug hatte um zwei Stunden Verspätung. Als wir auf Mallorca angekommen waren, rief ich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten an, um bescheid zu geben, dass wir nun zur Ferienwohnung fahren. Ich sprach auf deutsch auf den Anrufbeantworter. Man rief mich sofort zurück und informierte mich, dass man sich mit der Eigentümerin der FeWo in Verbindung setzt, damit sie uns in Empfang nehmen kann. Unsere erbrachte Kaution erhielten wir nach 3 Werktagen zurück.
Unreservedly recommended! Smooth transaction. Our flight was delayed by two hours. When we arrived in Mallorca, I called outside opening hours to say that we were now going to the holiday apartment. I spoke to the answering machine in German. They called me back immediately and informed me that they would contact the owner of the apartment so that she could welcome us. We received our deposit back after 3 working days.

De ligging van dit appartement is perfekt. Met 10 min.loop je het centrum in. Op de hoek van de straat is een "buurt super". Waar je iedere dag vers brood kunt halen. Ja en dan de patio, geweldig voor lekker buiten je ontbijt te nemen of in de middag lekker ff buiten te kunnen zitten.Parkeren met de auto, maar dat is overal in de steden een probleem

See more Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à deux dans cette petite maison de village. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et bienveillante. La terrasse est spacieuse et agréable tout comme le logement car les espaces sont bien pensés. Le seul bémol est que l’appartement est moins lumineux qu’il en a l’air sur les photos. La localisation est parfaite pour pouvoir visiter l’île ! Tout est à environ 45min de route. Nous avons cependant été quelques peu dérangés par le non isolement du logement (on entend la télé du voisin du haut tard le soir, les chiens du quartier ainsi que la route à côté de la chambre parentale). Nous pensons également qu’il serait judicieux de proposer aux locataires quelques produits de première nécessité (sel, poivre, produit vaisselle, huile..) car au final nous étions obligé de laisser les nôtres sur place… Malgré ces quelques gènes, nous recommandons cet établissement spacieux et confortable et nous remercions notre hôte pour son accueil et ses bons conseils !
We had a very good stay as a couple in this small village house. Our host was very welcoming and kind. The terrace is spacious and pleasant as is the accommodation because the spaces are well thought out. The only downside is that the apartment is less bright than it looks in the photos. The location is perfect for visiting the island! Everything is about 45 minutes away. However, we were somewhat disturbed by the non-isolation of the accommodation (we can hear the upstairs neighbor's TV late at night, the neighborhood dogs and the road next to the master bedroom). We also think that it would be wise to offer tenants some basic necessities (salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, oil, etc.) because in the end we had to leave ours on site... Despite these few drawbacks, we recommend this spacious and comfortable establishment and we thank our host for his welcome and his good advice!

C'était vraiment parfait (mention spéciale pour le magnifique citronnier)!L'absence de parking n'est pas vraiment problématique (places gratuites à proximité).La position du logement est très bien pour visiter : les caps et les montagnes au nord, ainsi que Palma (30 min). Un peu plus de route pour la côte Sud et Est (1h).
It was really perfect (special mention for the magnificent lemon tree)! The lack of parking is not really a problem (free spaces nearby). The position of the accommodation is very good for visiting: the capes and mountains to the north, as well as Palma (30 min). A little more drive for the South and East coast (1 hour).

La ubicación. Se llega andando en 5 minutos. Inca in. Y un supermercado (el) a la vuelta. Nuestra hija vive en Inca y este apartamento está a 7 min andando. De ella. Un barrio tranquilo donde se tiene una estancia maravillosa. Por supuesto el patio es precioso. Se pueden usar los limones.

See more В конце ноября мы провели 6 замечательных дней в Инка. Квартира оказалась гораздо больше чем на фотографиях. Большой длинный коридор, зал со спутниковым телевидением, обеденная зона, ванная с душем, две достаточно большие спальни. Кухня остащена всем необходимым : холодильник, электроплита, духовка, чацник, тостер, микроволновая печь, кофемашина, посудомоечная машина- все есть. Посуда тоже имеется, хоть и в небольшом количестве. На террасе стоит достаточно большой стол, есть лежаки и гриль для BBQ. Единственное, чего нам немного не хватало - это мелкие помощники на кухне, такие как щетка для гриля, салатница, несколько запасных мусорных мешков, друшлаг. Спальни большие и комфортные, имеется сейф. Антониа мило предложила нам теплые одеяла, поскольку в квартире было достаточно свежо ( около 18 градусов). Для большего комфорта нам поишлось на второй день купить домашние тапочки, так как пол в квартире плиточный и в ноябре холодный, температура ночью опускалась ниже 10 градусов. Еще хочется отметить расположение квартиры: во первых Инка находится посредине острова и ко всем точкам ехать не больше 40 км, сто не может не радовать. В самом городе есть много магазинов, супермаркетов, киосков, ресторанов. Даже в ноябре все они были открыты ( по сравнению с прибрежными городами, где все было закрыто). Квартира расположена в самом центре города, что влечет за собой некую сложность в поиске парковки. Нам всегда везло, но я могу предположить, что летом найти парковку будет сложнее. В целом мы остались очень довольны и квартирой и городом. С удовольствием вернемся сюда еще раз.
At the end of November we spent 6 wonderful days in Inca. The apartment turned out to be much larger than in the photographs. Large long corridor, room with satellite TV, dining area, bathroom with shower, two fairly large bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, electric stove, oven, chatznik, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher - everything is there. There are also dishes, albeit in small quantities. On the terrace there is a fairly large table, sun loungers and a BBQ grill. The only thing we were a little missing were some small kitchen helpers, such as a grill brush, a salad bowl, a few spare garbage bags, and a colander. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with a safe. Antonia kindly offered us warm blankets since the apartment was quite cool (about 18 degrees). For greater comfort, we decided to buy slippers on the second day, since the floor in the apartment was tiled and in November it was cold, the temperature at night dropped below 10 degrees. I would also like to note the location of the apartment: firstly, Inka is located in the middle of the island and the drive to all points is no more than 40 km, which cannot but please us. In the city itself there are many shops, supermarkets, kiosks, restaurants. Even in November they were all open (compared to coastal cities where everything was closed). The apartment is located in the very center of the city, which entails some difficulty in finding parking. We have always been lucky, but I can imagine that finding parking will be more difficult in the summer. Overall, we were very pleased with both the apartment and the city. We'd love to come back here again.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin. Neben einer freundlichen Begrüßung hatte die Gastgeberin eine Flasche Wein, frisches Obst und diverse Kleinigkeiten bereit gestellt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm ausgestattet, verfügt über alles was man benötigt bis hin zu einer Waschmaschine und einem prall gefüllten Zitronenbaum auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind alle sauber, modern und funktional ausgestattet. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank für die tollen Tage!

Inca est une bonne localisation pour visiter l'île même si il n'est pas toujours aisée d'entrer et de sortir avec les rues en sens interdit mais au bout de quelques jours on prend ses réperes. La maison est conforme à la description. .. Nous avons été ennuyé par le bruit de la voisine du dessus et les bruits des voitures dans la rue.... mais il faut dire que nous habitons en campagne et nous sommes vraiment pas habitués aux bruits citadins....
Angela and Toni are sincerely pleasant and available whenever you need them. Inca is a good location to visit the island even if it is not always easy to enter and exit with the streets in one direction but after a few days you get your bearings. The house conforms to the description. .. We were annoyed by the noise from the neighbor upstairs and the noise from the cars in the street.... but it must be said that we live in the countryside and we are really not used to city noises....

La situación es bastante cercana al centro aunque la calle es un poco fea. El interior está cuidadosamente reformado y no falta detalle, no echamos nada de menos. Por resumir, está decorado con mucho mimo y con buen gusto. La barbacoa y la terraza deben de ser un lujo en verano. La dueña nos recibió con mucha simpatía y nos ofreció todo tipo de ayudas, amén de tener ciertos detalles de bienvenida bastante agradables. El sitio es plenamente recomendable.
The location is quite close to the center although the street is a bit ugly. The interior is carefully renovated and no detail is missing, we do not miss anything. To sum up, it is decorated with great care and good taste. The barbecue and terrace must be a luxury in summer. The owner welcomed us very warmly and offered us all kinds of help, in addition to having certain very pleasant welcome details. The site is fully recommended.

Als wir in der Nacht ankamen, stand Obst und Wein zur Begrüßung bereit, eine sehr schöne Geste! Inca ist der ideale Ort gewesen um mit dem Mietwagen die ganze Insel zu erkunden!
