Great ground floor with a charming balcony 180 meters from the fabulous sandy beach of Denia. It has capacity for 4 guests.
After a pleasant day on the beach, nothing better than relaxing on the apartment's beautiful balcony while having a drink in the best company. The apartment is on the ground floor and from there you can access the outside area of the building.

The interior of the apartment has been recently renovated and offers a simple but very cozy style. The main room brings together the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. It has air conditioning and TV. In the kitchen with ceramic hob you will also find the washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the second with twin beds. The bathroom of the house has a shower. In addition, we can offer you a cot and a highchair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The location of the apartment is fabulous, since it is located just 180 meters from the beautiful beach of Denia, which has several km of sand where you can enjoy the sea and the good weather. In the area you will find the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The town of Denia and its beautiful castle are a must for the visitor.

Property was as advertised,well equipped. Close to all amenties, beach a small stroll, good bars ,restuarants and supermarket on your doorstep. Friendly welcome and a secure ample parking space. Well impressed.

Como en casa, estando a 100 metros de la playa. Zona bonita, con todos los servicios pero no estaba saturada de gente. La zona me recordó mucho a Florida en USA. Repetiré zona y si encuentro disponiblilidad tb el apartamento.

Like at home, being 100 meters from the beach. Nice area, with all services but it was not saturated with people. The area reminded me a lot of Florida in the USA. I will repeat the area and if I find availability of the apartment as well.

Es un apartamento muy bien ubicado, decorado con muy buen gusto, muy limpio y confortable, no faltaba nada para poder hacer un vida como en casa. Sin duda nuestra estancia se puede calificar como excelente.

la ubicación, la luminosidad y la facilidad de acceso a la playa. Los dueños eran muy simpáticos y el trato fue muy bueno.Al ser un bajo y un edificio antiguo (aunque la casa está reformada) entran muchos bichos y hay que tener cuidado con los accesos.

es war super nah zum Strand. es war super bequem und praktisch mit der kleinen Terrasse.etwas schwer ohne Auto zum Stadtzentrum zu gelangen. der Bus fährt nur alle zwei Stunden. auf der karte wirkt es viel näher. wir hatten erst eine falsche Adresse. aber der telefonservice von der vermietungsfirma konnte uns immer gut weiterhelfen.

it was super close to the beach. it was super comfortable and practical with the small terrace. a bit difficult to get to the city center without a car. the bus only runs every two hours. on the map it looks much closer. We first had the wrong address. But the telephone service from the rental company was always able to help us.
