The apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building with an elevator. It stands out for its modern and charming style, with everything you need at hand. Everything is located in a large shared and air-conditioned space: the dining area next to the terrace with breathtaking views, the living room with Smart TV, the modern kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, and the bedroom area with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower. In the accommodation, you will also find a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a cot and a highchair in case you travel with your baby.
S'Illot is a charming beach town, belonging to the municipality of Manacor. The incredible sandy beach is just a step away from the apartment. Sehr schöner Blick zum Meer und ins Hinterland, Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, Küche voll ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc., Balkon vorrangig nordseitig, im Jänner war die Parkplatzsuche kein Problem

Very small apartment, well equipped, with excellent sea views.
Das Meer liegt vor der Haustür, einfach herrlich. Das kleine Studio ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sauber. Die Ausstattung ist eher spärlich, es gibt z.B. keine Kaffeemaschine und keine Waschmaschine/Trockner. Es können keine ausländischen TV-Kanäle empfangen werden. Es fehlte zudem an Putzutensilien und Dingen für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und die Kommunikation und das Checkin/-out waren sehr bequem.
The sea is on the doorstep, simply wonderful. The small studio is tastefully decorated and was clean. The equipment is rather sparse, for example there is no coffee machine and no washing machine/dryer. No foreign TV channels can be received. There was also a lack of cleaning utensils and things for daily needs. However, we really enjoyed our stay and the communication and check-in/out were very convenient.

The location of the apartment is very nice, but there could definitely be problems finding a parking space in the summer. The apartment corresponds 1 to 1 to the pictures and the communication with the landlord team was great and fast. We would be happy to come back

Appartement très bien équipé avec une superbe vue sur la baie. Vous pourrez y apprécier le soleil se lever sur la mer et se coucher dans les montagnes. La situation permet de découvrir l’île assez aisément.
Very well equipped apartment with a superb view of the bay. You can enjoy the sun rising over the sea and setting in the mountains. The location allows you to discover the island quite easily.
