Welcome to this lovely apartment located in the Laguna Residential complex, featuring a shared pool and just a 10-minute walk from El Portil Beach. It's ideal for 4 guests.
The exterior of the property is perfect for enjoying the warm southern climate. You'll find a communal chlorine pool measuring 35 meters long by 21 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.90m. Relax on the lawn area or cool off with a freshwater shower outside. Please note that being in a residential complex means there are direct neighbors.
Inside, you'll find a terrace for long chats with your companions. The living-dining room features a Smart TV and some books for entertainment. The separate ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. There's also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For sleeping arrangements, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with fans. A bathroom with bathtub completes your stay.
