Fantastic apartment for 6 people located just 300 metres away from the sea in Puerto de Alcudia.
The cosy and beautiful furnished terrace becomes the perfect corner to enjoy the best of the breakfasts with coffee, OJ and fresh fruits or maybe you feel like a good wine before dining alfresco after a long day visiting the island or in the beach. To get to it you just have to cross the street and walk some steps and there you are!
Inside the accommodation you will find a comfortable and spacious living-dining room with Smart TV, CD and DVD players and AC, so the after-lunch entertaining will be guaranteed. Then we get to the kitchen which has been recently renewed and equipped with a ceramic top, oven, microwave and all you may need to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms where you can rest during your vacation all of them with a closet. One has a double bed, a fan and space for a cot and a high chair and the other two offer two twin beds each. There are two bathrooms to complete the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a tub. Finally, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.
This apartment is located between the well known lake called Gran Llac and the beach of fine sand. The crystalline water beach is several kilometres long and it skirts the coast from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort. You can rent sunbeds and parasols and it is perfect for families with children thanks to its shallow water and also for those who love the water sports. We highly recommend a visit to the town of Alcudia so that you know the ancient wall and the traditional street market that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday and that will amaze you.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

This is a very spacious and well equipped appartment, and exceeded our expectations on arrival. It is very close to a quieter part of the beach and within easy walking distance of busier areas. The close proximity to a supermarket and an excellent bakery were very convenient. The air conditioning was very welcome (and effective), as were the washing facilities. Everything we needed was there. It was a fantastic base for our holiday.

I liked: Velmi prostorný a dobře vybavený apartmán, který se nachází v rezidenční čtvrti - mimo velké hotelové komplexy, což nám vyhovovalo. Vše bylo uklizené, čisté. Kuchyně byla plně vybavená. K dispozici jsme měli také slunečník na pláž a hračky pro děti na písek. V apartmánu je také pračka, která by se u delšího pobytu určitě využila. Krásná pláž jen pár minut chůze po rovince. Obchod také cca 5 min pěšky. Parkování za branou ve dvoře. Určitě doporučuji pro rodiny s dětmi :-) My jsme si dovolenou zde moc užili. I did not like: Terasa je otočená k poměrně hlučné silnici, což bylo trošku nepříjemné, ale syn se mohl koukat na projíždějící auta a autobusy, tak měl večerní zábavu :-)
I liked: A very spacious and well-equipped apartment located in a residential area - outside the big hotel complexes, which suited us. Everything was tidy, clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. We also had an umbrella for the beach and toys for the children on the sand. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, which would certainly be useful for a longer stay. A beautiful beach just a few minutes walk on the straight. Shop also approx. 5 minutes on foot. Parking behind the gate in the yard. I definitely recommend it for families with children :-) We really enjoyed our vacation here. I did not like: The terrace is facing a rather noisy road, which was a bit unpleasant, but my son could watch the passing cars and buses, so he had an evening fun :-)
See more Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles war wie erwartet. Die Lage nur 200 Meter vom Strand ist sehr schön. Wir konnten unseren Mietwagen auf dem Hof stellen und bekamen auch eine Fernbedienung für das elektrische Tor. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, alles funktionierte. Lediglich im zweiten Badezimmer sollte man noch einige Handtuchhalter anbringen
The apartment was very clean and everything was as expected. The location just 200 meters from the beach is very nice. We were able to park our rental car in the yard and were also given a remote control for the electric gate. There was nothing to complain about, everything worked. Only in the second bathroom should you install a few towel racks

Estaba muy bien equipado, amplios los cuartos, y hasta incluía una pequeña barbacoa portátil en la que pudimos disfrutar un montón en las noches en el balcón viendo la luna y escuchando música.No hubo nada que nos disgustara. Todo fenomenal!!
It was very well equipped, the rooms were spacious, and it even included a small portable barbecue where we could enjoy a lot at night on the balcony watching the moon and listening to music. There was nothing that we disliked. Everything phenomenal!!

Very close to the beach, supermarket nearby, a bit noisy in the apartment because the building is located by the road. Overall, everything is OK, I RECOMMEND :)
