Welcome to this cozy apartment for 2 people situated in Port de Pollença, just 400 metres away from the sea.
Located on the ground floor of a family and cosy residential, this accommodation offers a great furnished terrace where you can relax while enjoying a succulent breakfast or preparing a delicious barbecue. Take for granted that those who love cooking alfresco will enjoy the grilled vegetables with the best company of a glass of wine!! Always, however, after a fantastic day at the beach, that you can reach just taking a little walk.
Inside, you are going to find the pure Mallorcan style all around the 45 m2. The cosy air-conditioned sitting room will meet you. It offers a TV-set and DVD and CD players so that you can spend a while resting and entertained. You will find the simple kitchen right here, and it is equipped with a ceramic hob. This room leads to the glazed dining area, with direct access to the terrace, so that you can enjoy your dishes inside if you prefer. There is one bedroom with two twin beds to rest, as well as a closet and space for a cot if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is the shower bathroom where you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board.
Port of Pollensa is an incomparable place where you will breathe the authentic essence of the island thanks to the people living here and the natural environment. You will find all needed services apart from worth visit spots like the chapel of the so called "Calvari", in the town of Pollensa. You just have to climb 365 steps to reach it, each of them corresponding to every day of the year. As it is also really near the Tramuntana mountain range, it is perfect for hiking or biking around. The beach of Port of Pollensa is the nearest one, about 400 metres away, but we also recommend the paradisaical Cala Sant Vicens among many others in the area.

6 guests reviewed this property. The apartment was very close to the beach but also in a quiet area which was very relaxing. The kitchen was small but very well equipped and we also enjoyed the little extras left such as a welcome pack and beach parasol.

See more Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es ist ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre, obwohl es im Erdgeschoss ist. Durch die hohen Hecken wird man nicht gesehen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und man läuft 5 Minuten zum Strand und zur Promenade, wo es viele Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt.
The apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It's quiet and you have a lot of privacy even though it's on the ground floor. You won't be seen through the high hedges. There is a parking lot and it is a 5-minute walk to the beach and the promenade, where there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities.
See more Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Küche hat alles was man benötigt und wir haben mehrfach gekocht. Viel Privatsphäre, obwohl im Erdgeschoss, mit essplatz im Garten. Das Bad hat auch eine Waschmaschine. Checkin und out alles easy. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und zum Strand/ zur Promenade läuft man in 5 Minuten. Dort sind auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
We were very satisfied, the apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Kitchen has everything you need and we cooked several times. Lots of privacy, although on the ground floor, with dining area in the garden. The bathroom also has a washing machine. Check in and out are easy. There is a parking lot and the beach/promenade is a 5-minute walk. There are also shopping opportunities there.

Alles wie angegeben. Eine gemütliche Unterkunft, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche in ruhiger Lage. Von der Haustür lässt sich das Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich.
Everything as stated. A cozy accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen in a quiet location. The sea can be seen from the front door. The communication was very friendly.
