Wir wurden bei der Miete unserer Ferienwohnung sehr gut von Homerti unterstützt und begleitet. Die Wohnung war denn auch wie angepriesen, sauber und gross. Es gab keinerlei Probleme und die Kaution wurde schnell wieder zurücküberwiesen.

Fantastic apartment in Can Picafort, located on a ground floor and with capacity for 4 people. It is just 150 metres away from the sea.
What about spending some vacation days by the sea? This is the perfect place for that. This great apartment is ideal to enjoy some days of peace, beach and sun. Each day, when you wake up, you can organise a complete breakfast at any of the terraces, with your OJ, coffee, fruit, toasts and all you need to have energy enough to later swim in the crystalline waters, sunbathe on the white sand or simply take a walk along the quiet although lively area of Can Picafort.
Once inside, a great living room will welcome you. Here you can watch the TV-Sat, a DVD movie or just rest for a while. Next you find the independent dining room where you can enjoy your family meals all together. Finally we find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas countertop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. There are two bathrooms in the accommodation, one with a tub and the other with a shower. We also find 2 bedrooms, both with a closet or wardrobe, fan and electric radiator. One of them offers twin beds and the other has a double bed. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are at the terrace. And we can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
The location of this apartment is ideal because you will find all you need only a few steps away: a paradisaical beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, public transport, fashion, shoes and souvenir shops and much more. You can also drive and visit other dream-like beaches like La Victoria, Son Serra de Marina, Cala San Vicente or beautiful towns like Alcúdia which town centre surprises with its beauty and liveliness, specially on Tuesdays and Sundays when the street market day takes place. If you like playing golf, the nearest course is the one of Alcanada, about 14.3 km away and with stunning views to the bay.

13 guests reviewed this property. Die Wohnung hat unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen..Sie ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Von dort sind es kurze Wege zum Strand. Oder zum einkaufen. Alles gut erreichbar. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit weg.
The apartment met our requirements. It is spacious and well equipped. From there it is a short walk to the beach. Or for shopping. Everything is easily accessible. The bus stop is also not far away.

We rent an apartment in Mallorca through Booking. The apartment was clean, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Upon our arrival we found a welcome bottle. We received all the necessary instructions to access the house and detailed information to make the most of our stay. We were asked for a deposit which was given back to us a few days after departure.

Excellent sejour mais 1 bémol : l'appart est TRES spacieux - tres bien situé - magnifique plage à 3 ou 4 mn à pied-visuel du quartier agréable. Proche resto - bar et ambiance du soir le.long de la plage mais appart au calme. Logement super bien equipé, tout y est !! On ne manque de rien. 2 salle de bains - 2 terrasses agréables (2 orientations differentes pour l'ombre. Top !) 2 soucis : Mauvaise literie pour le.lit double. Le lit craque dès que l'un bouge 1 peu et mauvais matelas. Un petit plus que mes enfants auraient apprécié : des rideaux occultant (les volets espagnols laissent entrer 1 peu de lumiere) Ce n'est qu'un détail. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le garage couvert car difficulté à ouvrir et fermer la porte (pb télécommande). J'avoue ne pas avoir pris le temps de faire appel à l'assistance. Le prix en aout est cher.. Cela dit : excellent et tres bon séjour.
Excellent stay but 1 downside: the apartment is VERY spacious - very well located - magnificent beach 3 or 4 minutes walk from the pleasant neighborhood. Close to restaurant - bar and evening atmosphere along the beach but quiet. Super well equipped accommodation, everything is there!! We don't lack anything. 2 bathrooms - 2 pleasant terraces (2 different orientations for shade. Top!) 2 concerns: Bad bedding for the double bed. The bed creaks as soon as one moves a little and bad mattress. A little extra that my children would have appreciated: blackout curtains (the Spanish shutters let in a little light) This is just a detail. We were unable to use the covered garage due to difficulty opening and closing the door (remote control problem). I admit that I didn't take the time to call for assistance. The price in August is expensive. That said: excellent and very good stay.

Supermärkte sind in der Nähe (für Mercadona ist ein Auto empfehlenswert).Emailkontakt im Vorfeld war super, auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet, die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und umkompliziert.Can Picafort ist ein ruhiger Ort (wir waren Anfang/Mitte Juli dort) und es war nicht überlaufen. Am Strand und in Restaurants gab es immer genügend Platz. Von Can Picafort kann man mit einem Mietauto verschiedene Ausflüge machen und die Insel erkunden. Parken vor der Wohung war ebenfalls möglich und wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden.

Can Picafort is a quiet place (we were there in early/mid July) and it wasn't crowded. There was always enough space on the beach and in restaurants. From Can Picafort you can go on various excursions with a rental car and explore the island. Parking in front of the apartment was also possible and we always found a space.
