Welcome to this beautiful apartment for 6 people with impressive views and direct access to the beach in Cala Mandia
This apartment boasts a dream-like exterior area. The impressive spaciousness of the terrace will delight you as well as its wonderful equipment to enjoy it. Moreover, you will be able to admire the impressive views to the idyllic waters of Cala Mandia. You can have a delicious breakfast every morning of your deserved vacation, bask in the sun on the 6 sunloungers while you admire the sea and end your day at the beach with a good barbecue alfresco. The best of it all is that the building offers a direct access to the cove.
Inside, a relaxing atmosphere welcomes you. The living-dining room is perfect to have your meals all together and rest on the sofa whilst you watch the TV-sat. Next, you access the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Right here you'll find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a closet each. One of them has a double bed and the other two feature twin beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath complete the apartment. There is air conditioning in the living - dining room and in the bedrooms, as well as a baby cot and a high-chair. The apartment is located on the first floor and there is no lift available.
Cala Mandia is a coastal location belonging to Manacor, one of the most spectacular coves in the island. It is only 200 metres away from the apartment and there is direct access form it. The area offers bars, restaurants, some small grocery shops, bust stop, etc. For more services we recommend you visit Portocolom or Manacor.

Beautiful apartment with direct views of the bay. Walked to the sea in two minutes, spacious apartment and huge sun terrace facing the sea. Perfect for us with three bedrooms.
See more The property is amazing. You will find a breathtaking view of the Cala Mendia beach from the balcony and you can access the beach by walking within couple minutes. We brougth our paddle boards, it was easy to transport them to the beach, we had a blast going from Cala Mendia to to Cala Anguila. The negative aspects of the property were the beds (too hard and discomfortable) and the blankets were dirty with yellow spots and were smelly . We asked for having clean ones (as these did not fit in the washing machine) and the host replace one blanket, even thougth we were using the three beds. The rest of the property was clean.

Highly recommended. Great host and very comfortable home. Great terrace with amazing view. Beauty beach close by. And much much more only positive things. We are in love with Mallorca, will be back. Only positive experience from the beginning to the end.

See more Suite à un impératif, 2mois avant notre arrivée nous avons été obligé de réduire notre séjour d’une nuit (la nuit du samedi au dimanche). Notre demande de remise d’une nuit à été refusée, difficilement compréhensible vu la période … l’équipement de la cuisine est à renouveler, la bouilloire ne fonctionne plus, le grille pain non plus, la cafetière est trop lente et trop petite pour 6 personnes et enfin les poêles sont bonnes à être remplacées également. C’est dommage et cela ne correspond pas à la qualité du reste du logement. Je reste à votre disposition si besoin.
Following an imperative, 2 months before our arrival we were forced to reduce our stay by one night (the night from Saturday to Sunday). Our request for a one-night stay was refused, difficult to understand given the period... the kitchen equipment needs to be renewed, the kettle no longer works, neither does the toaster, the coffee maker is too slow and too small for 6 people and finally the stoves are good to be replaced too. It’s a shame and it doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the accommodation. I remain at your disposal if necessary.

Oscar ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die Lage des Appartments ist traumhaft, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Von der riesengroßen Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick direkt auf das Meer und man hat von morgens bis Sonnenuntergang Sonne. Zum Strand geht man zu Fuß in 2 Min, auch die Cala Anguila sowohl die Cala Romantica erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß auf einem romantischen Weg über die Felsen. In jeder Bucht ist ein wunderschönes Restaurant direkt am Wasser. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant in der Cala Mendia, tolles Essen zu sehr guten Preisen und äußerst nettes Personal. Man sitzt dort herrlich mit Blick auf das Meer. Zum Supermarkt kommt man in 3 Min zu Fuß, dort gibt es immer tolle frische Brötchen und alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
Oscar is a great host. He looked after us very well. The location of the apartment is fantastic, the facilities are very good. From the huge terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and you have sun from morning to sunset. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes, and Cala Anguila and Cala Romantica can be reached in a few minutes on foot along a romantic path over the rocks. In every bay there is a beautiful restaurant right on the water. We particularly recommend the restaurant in Cala Mendia, great food at very good prices and extremely friendly staff. It's lovely to sit there with a view of the sea. It's a 3-minute walk to the supermarket, where there are always great fresh rolls and everything you need for breakfast. We felt completely comfortable and will come back. We'll definitely be back

Location was good, home was clean, check in website didn’t work for us. It would be helpful/convenient if some paper towels or napkins and some basic condiments had been supplied.

See more Eine Anmerkung. Wenn auf allen Bildern. Sonnenliegen dargestellt werden und dann keine da sind. Ist das Schade. Die wenigen Sonnenstrahlen Ende März wären so noch besser zu genießen gewesen. Ansonsten war alles Top und sehr zu empfehlen
A note. If in all pictures. Sun loungers are presented and then there are none. That's a shame. The few rays of sunshine at the end of March would have been even better to enjoy. Otherwise everything was great and highly recommended
