This apartment, located in a privileged area of Portopetro, welcomes 4 guests.
There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace of the apartment while contemplating the extensive communal gardens. This area is also ideal for lunch or a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.
The interior of the house, which is on the ground floor, is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV, satellite channels and direct access to the terrace, is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room and is equipped with ceramic hob and everything you need to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub serves the property. A fan is at your disposal. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.
The accommodation is located near the small coastal village of Porto Petro (Santanyí). Specifically, it is located in Barca Trencada, a privileged place for lovers of paradisiacal beaches. In fact, you can walk to 5 beautiful unspoiled beaches, the first one only 25 meters away, and to the Natural Park of Mondragó. This is really an ideal place to enjoy the most authentic and natural Majorca.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

[+] Le calme de la résidence logé dans la verdure. L'isolation thermique du logement. La proximité immédiate d'une superbe crique et de 2 plages. La terrasse suffisement grande. [-] Il manque de couverts pour faire le roulement. Et les casseroles et poêles sont trop petites pour 4 personnes.
[+] The calm of the residence nestled in greenery. Thermal insulation of the home. The immediate proximity of a superb cove and 2 beaches. The terrace is large enough. [-] There is a lack of cutlery for rotation. And the pots and pans are too small for 4 people.

Un lugar super tranquilo en Mallorca, en pleno parque natural y con tres calas preciosas muy muy cerca del alojamiento, una de ellas a apenas 50 metros... ¿qué más se puede pedir? El alojamiento perfecto en todo: limpieza, amplitud, equipamiento y, lo mejor de todo, su ubicación. Totalmente aconsejable.
A super quiet place in Mallorca, in the middle of the natural park and with three beautiful coves very close to the accommodation, one of them just 50 meters away... what more could you ask for? The perfect accommodation in everything: cleanliness, spaciousness, equipment and, best of all, its location. Totally advisable.

Excellent location very close to a white sand beach and transparent waters. The house is very comfortable with basic equipment. Very nice and quiet area. A perfect accommodation to rest and spend family holidays. Cleaning could be improved that will surely be solved.
See more Schöne Wohnung an ruhiger Lage, nahe am Meer. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Terrasse wunderbar schattig. Einwandfreie Abwicklung. Ausstattung in Ordnung, hat aber alles, was man so braucht (inkl. Waschmaschine). Badezimmer ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen - aber alles sehr sauber.
Beautiful apartment in a quiet location, close to the sea. There are enough parking spaces available. Terrace wonderfully shady. Flawless processing. Facilities okay, but has everything you need (including washing machine). Bathroom a little old - but everything was very clean.
