The exterior of the property, surrounded by gardens filled with native plants and trees, is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. At the heart of it all is a large shared chlorine pool, offering stunning views of the Mallorcan countryside, measuring 12.5 x 6 m, with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 m. There is also a children's pool where the little ones can splash around. Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers for soaking up the sun, a barbecue, and several furnished areas for sharing moments with your companions. Your apartment also boasts a private terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun or unwinding with a drink at sunset.

The interior, showcasing a charming Mallorcan style with high vaulted ceilings, is designed to provide the relaxation you deserve. In the common areas, there’s a spacious room with small tables and armchairs, perfect for gathering and escaping the heat. Your two-storey apartment features a living room with satellite TV and an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs and all the necessary utensils. On the ground floor, there’s a bathroom with a bathtub, while the upper floor houses a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and heating. Two additional children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. If you're travelling with a baby, we can also provide a cot and high chair. Finally, a shared laundry area is available for your convenience.
